Catherine Bell coming to Clearwater
By celebrity-Scientologist standards, Catherine Bell is probably a B-lister -- not as famous as Tom Cruise or Beck, but probably the equal of Leah Remini or Ethan Suplee. So that's good news for anyone who wants to see her in Clearwater on Friday. The former JAG actress will help celebrate the grand reopening of the city's Cleveland Streetscape project by cutting a ceremonial ribbon at 5:30 p.m. Friday (12/14) at East Avenue and Cleveland Street. Afterward, you might be able to rub elbows with Bell at 5:45 p.m. in the lobby of the Atrium building. It's labeled a VIP party, but anyone who's interested in downtown Clearwater, the Church of Scientology, or chicks from FHM photo spreads is welcome to attend.

I just saw her in Publix (Island Estates) this evening and she was kind enough to help me find an item I was looking for and had trouble with.
Catherine is just as kind and beautiful (even without being all made up for TV) as one would think she is.
It was a bit of a thrill for me, as I was a longtime JAG fan, although I didn't want to badger her too much as she was simply out shopping with her family.
