Giada De Laurentiis gives birth to a baby girl
Food Network's Giada De Laurentiis finally birthed her baby over the weekend, the first for her and her husband.
"De Laurentiis and husband Todd Thompson welcomed their first child, a healthy baby girl, on Saturday March 29 in Los Angeles," her representative told People. "Jade Marie De Laurentiis Thompson weighed in at 5 lbs, 13 oz."
Three pounds of that must have been from her baby's assuredly gigantic head (jokes, people, jokes!). The 37-year-old cook/chef has been married to Thompson since 2003, so he must love her outsized cranium.
