Man with a rifle caught on Kate Hudson's roof

One of Kate Hudson's neighbors called 911 Tuesday after seeing a man with a rifle on the roof of Kate Hudson's NTC home, TMZ is reporting.

Police showed up and found that the rifle was unlaoded, but arrested three men, one of whom was carrying a camera. The trio claimed to be shooting a film, not movie stars, and were only armed with a "prop gun" and a "little script," the site says. They are allegedly film students at NYU and weren't smart enough to think wandering the rooftops of Manhattan with a gun would cause any problems.
