Britney Spears' weight-loss secrets revealed!
As much as The Juice* wants Britney Spears to get her life back together, we find it both hilarious and sad that Ok! magazine felt the need to fudge the cover of its latest ish.
Under a headline screaming “Britney lost 15 lbs in just 4 weeks” (adding “no pills, no lipo”), the glossy claims that the one-time pop princess is “back to her old body.” They must have meant that quite literally, because The Huffington Post points out the cover is from 2003!
The pic in question is from Glamour’s Women of the Year issue, and probably had very little to do with dieting. (Head on over to www.WorldofBritney.com, which has the photo so you can see it much larger than this.)
That “miracle food” Ok! is talking about must be the Kool-Aid, if you catch our meaning. And trust us, dear tbt*-inis, if we mess with a photo, we’ll tell you in big letters that we did it.

Make this your daily (heck, hourly) stop for a fresh serving of pop smarts and cool things from around Tampa Bay and the nation. Compiled by tbt* jack-of-all-trades Joshua Gillin and his merry band of rogue journalists, it pokes fun at ridiculous celebrity worship, collects entertainment tidbits and features fun links to amuse and amaze you and your friends.
stop thinking abt it so much! think happy thoughts and take baby steps. Walking is the best exercise, however consistency is the key to success. Do not give up food just go leaner, slowly slowly control portion sizes. First eat 1/4 less of what you usually eat and work it to half. When it ccomes to dessert start with 1/4 and try to go 1/8 and here chewing slowing and taking tiny bites would help, drink plenty of water plain ole yummy chilled water and dance as much as u can.If u ever cheat its ok go back to the plan again no big deal. Staying on the plan will make you shed pounds and become energetic after couple of trials you will give up cheating! And remember once you lose let's say 10-15 lbs do some weight training then, in the beginning don't plan on doing 20 different workouts, build your stamina first.
