Days after being charged for going 114 mph on a 65 mph highway, DMX has been arrested on drug and animal-cruelty charges in Phoenix. The AP reports Earl Simmons first tried to barricade himself in his bedroom, but came out as a SWAT team entered during the early-morning raid Friday. An August search of the rapper’s home prompted by reports of dogs being abused on his property. Maybe Hef’s not so bad.

Another black loser arrested for animal crulty. Let me guess, Pit bulls again...shocker. When are they going to learn, when pit bulls are band forever and those with them who love, care and teach them good characteristics are not aloud to have them anymore?! Don't band the dogs, band their idiot loser owners who either obviously have too much time on there hands and need jobs or just get pure pleasure out of picking on animal smaller than you. QUIT RUINING IT FOR THE REST OF US!
