Uma Thurman says stalker was a creepy dude
Uma Thurman took the stand in Manhattan Thursday in the trial against her alleged stalker, Jack Jordan, and said the whole ordeal made her confused, frightened and panicked. Even more than when she was in My Super Ex-Girlfriend.
Thurman said Jordan had given her a card with a picture of an open grave and a man standing at the edge of a razor blade, which we're pretty sure isn't in Hallmark's lineup. She said the card had random words written in a spiral; words like "chocolate, mouth, soft, kissing." And the sentence "My hands should be on your body at all times." Creepsville.
"I was completely freaked out," Thurman said of the picture, which was drawn on a religious confirmation card. "It was almost like a nightmare; it was scary."
Also scary was how torn pieces of paper fell out of it when she opened it, including a picture of a bride with her head torn off. This is in addition to lots of previous correspondence, including one that mentioned the names of her two kids, ages 6 and 9.
"Just to write down the names of my children ... I found that very frightening," she said.
