Hulk: Nick will be 'a great man'
Hulk Hogan offered a few details about his son Nick Bollea’s jailtime experience to People on Thursday, because hey, Monday’s season finale of American Gladiators isn’t going to promote itself, people.
He says the minimum-security facility where Nick moved after turning 18 is “much better,” adding: “Nick describes it as like a two-story warehouse with tables, seven or eight phones, TVs, and it’s people who are there for like child support and parking tickets. And instead of just once in a while being allowed go outside, they leave the door open to the exercise yard. He said, 'Dad, I can even go outside at night and look at the stars.’”
Is that little anecdote not heart-wrenching enough for you? Hulk also talks about Nick’s recent birthday party, attended by a cadre of friends and family: “He said, 'I’ll probably have a hard time making everybody understand this, but this was the best birthday I’ve ever had,’” Hogan says.
Finally, Hulk believes Nick’s incarceration “happened for a reason,” and that he expects his son to drift out of jail a better human being. “I’m so excited, because Nick is going to be a great man now,” he said. “I’m proud of him.”

Judge Not - I like the way you think! If only families of those wounded and killed at war took a fraction of this anger to the government. Stop wasting your time on this family and do something to get your sons/daughters/husbands/wives/brothers/sisters/friends home for good! What if John had been put in this state during a suicide bombing in Iraq rather than having fun, doing what he enjoyed, with his buddy? But hey, we'll send him overseas to be blow to bits for some oil!

For the past 14 years my grandparents have lived a living HELL at the home they have owned and lived in since before i was born. After the passing of my grandfather,my grandmother has made it CLEAR that she wants HER estate on Willadel Dr. in Clearwater Fla..To go to some one who the neighbors can't BULLY around. It is only fitting that upon my grandmother[Mary Rinker] request that the property be DONATED to the UNITED STATES MARINE CORPS,Stipulated its to be used for training exercises.

Has everyone forgotten that John was a grown man, able to make his own decisions? Did he get in that car with the knowledge there could be some speeding involved? Maybe. Maybe if John could commnunicate he would man up and say... HEY! leave them alone! This was a horrible accident. And now they both live with their decision for the rest of their lives. The government is taking our young men and women to Iraq, these young people are choosing to join. They put them in vehicles of all kinds, and send them into danger constantly. Some Mamed for life, some die... Who shall we blame?

It's a bunch of BS. I was there for a visit on "Nick's Birthday". The Hogan's don't park where everyone else has to park. They were allowed to visit during a time when the visitation building is supposed to be closed (3-4p). Folks there for their scheduled video visitation had to stand out front waiting for the doors to be unlocked while the Hogans were let out the back door. They were all allowed to visit although rules state 2 adults/1 child or 1 adult w/2 children. His incarceration is a joke.

Please take your act on the road for good Hogan family. You guys give the Tampa/Clearwater area a bad reputation.

While the tragedy is wrong and unnecessary, and the Bolleas conduct and behavior questionable, if John had known this family and was so close for this long, then he should have known by then not to get into a motor vehicle with that idiot. I would never wish that on anyone of course, but everyone makes decisions and must at least take a little responsibility for actions.

Its a shame - John can't walk out his hospital room and gaze at the stars as well.

so,john graziano was raised to be a good kind generous sacrificial person ( i know him ) but it was all so that ' the universe ' could use him for a life lesson to achieve nicks greatness.sounds fair to me !i also know they would pay john as a teen to do their kids homework.tragically pathetic

All the PR people have tried to pull the Bollea family out of this spiraling DOWNFALL that they their selves have created guess Terry forgot the OLD saying,[Never step on the fingers on your way up the latter of success ,because some day they may be attached to the AS& you will have to kiss]Give it up BROOTTHHEERR your time is up,I myself have joined in BOYCOTTING all that is Bollea/Hogan!!

Every time their face is shown on TV or in a newspaper/magazine article, I throw up a little in my mouth. They are truly DISGUSTING.

The Pinellas County Jail does not and did NOT allow a "in person" visitation for Nick Bollea! No special treatment has been given to him!Linda brought a skateboard because all the time NICKOLE is spending BENT over It will look better seeing "Her" on a skateboard. As for how he is doing? He is learning to give and TAKE.
Posted by: Deputy Dawg | August 03, 2008 at 07:18 PM
Why did stupid Linda take a skateboard to the jail for Nickie's b-day? What a moron? And are the taxpayers paying for the room that they had his b-day party in? Why was he allowed to see his family in person? Sounds like someone is being paid off? Looks real pretty for the county.

What a wonderful life it would be? If Terry , Linda , Brooke , Nicole "sorry i meant Nick" Bollea/Hogan.Would just pack up a U-HALL and just leave this [their words PATHTIC COUNTRY]and NEVER be Heard of again.Or at least take a slow boat ride in the Glades.BTM line The Hulkster's son-drag queen daughter has always been and will be a SNITCH AZZ PUNK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not one in that litter has any humility. I can see how the following cliche would apply to the Bolleas: they're laughing all the way to the bank.

Like a general, or a great philosopher ? Maybe a inventor, most likely no philanthropist. A famous drag queen like Brooke.

Nickole Blowgan [A.K.A. Nick Bollea Hogan] has got to be the only guy-? in county that I have EVER heard of a TABLOID putting out a "Booty Bounty" on.I wonder if it's got one of those little FRENCH maid outfit's while doing those JAINTORAL jobs.In a way it's a little poetic JUSTICE a stack of SH*T cleaning up the SH*T the others leave.Put that one on ur resume.HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH............HA!

Amazes me how someone who is in jail, can have a "birthday bash" attended by friends and family. Last time I knew, visitation was limited in how many could visit at once, never mind that Plexiglass separating the inmate from the Visitors. Unless of course Nick's daddy paid for extra priveledges. He should have gotten 20 years for what he did. Drunk drivers are also remorsefull when they kill someone. Good lord, what is this Country coming to.
Posted by: David | August 02, 2008 at 12:12 PM
The entire Bollea / Hogan family are a clan of losers that have no REAL tallent.Every thing they are is like their True personalities FAKE...The only True fact is that Nick [now known as NICKOLE] is being turned out by the 561 BOYZ in County.Of course I believe all those nights sneaking in the BACK door at Pro Shop Pub on Cleveland st. in Clearwater were his/her/its true tendencies anyhow.

He's a great man!! What about his good friend John Graziano, how's he doing? Will he be able to celebrate his next birthday? I don't think so. I believe Nick's punishment doesn't fit the crime.
Posted by: John | August 01, 2008 at 11:59 PM
How's John Graziano doing?
Posted by: Dave | August 01, 2008 at 09:23 PM
I would hardly put people who don't pay child support in the same category as people who don't pay parking tickets!
