Ashley Dupre hires music manager Chris Lighty

Tbdashleydupre120108 Ashley Dupre dreamed of getting into show business before she got sidetracked into becoming former New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer's favorite high-priced hooker, but those days are over, the New York Post's Page Six says.

The tabloid says Dupre is hoping to jumpstart her music career by hiring manager Chris Lighty. He's the mastermind behind 50 Cent, Busta Rhymes and Missy Elliot, so he's used to dealing with troublemakers.

No word on when or why a Dupre musical offering is due, but we're going to start the rumor that albums will cost $2,000 each time you listen to them.

Once a ho always a ho.

She would be better off staying a hooker.

Welcome to America. The customer loses his job. While the ho gets all kinds of attention and a shot at fame. Doesn't it take TWO to tango? Why is one in trouble and one is glorified?

Someone's beautiful daughter has been led astray!
