'Bachelor' winner Mary Delgado arrested again

Almost a full year after being arrested for punching her Bachelor fiance Byron Velvick and earning a trip to the Pinellas County lockup, Mary Delgado has been arrested again -- for drinking too much and then endangering a cop.

The season six winner of The Bachelor was busted Saturday night for public intoxication, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct at Lorina's Cantina in Del Rio, Texas, TMZ says. That's better than another report out of Indian Rocks Beach about her getting caught busting Velvick's lip (that happened last November).

The site says the bar called the cops because Delgado refused to leave, saying it was her "constitutional right" to stay. Cops say she was "loud and belligerent" while being hauled off to the cooler, kicking the radio in the squad car.

But good news for her: Velvick, for some reason, came to her rescue, bailing her out of the Val Verde County Correctional Facility. Maybe he's glad she was swinging at something else, too.
