Heather Locklear slapped with a DUI charge
Now that you've forgotten that Heather Locklear was even arrested in the first place, we're here to remind you that she's been charged with misdemeanor DUI, with Santa Barbara prosecutors citing prescription drugs, the AP reports.
County DA Lee Carter told TMZ that the office believes the prescription meds they found in her system after she was tested "could have impaired her ability to safely drive a motor vehicle." She was arrested Sept. 27.
Locklear is scheduled for arraignment on Jan. 26. Her attorney, Blair Berk, had no comment when reached via e-mail Monday. We'll be sure to return for another update in two months.
