Brad Pitt would rather end up eaten by a shark

Finally, someone stepped up to the plate and asked Brad Pitt what he thinks of getting old, seeing as how he plays an old man who gets younger in The Curious Case of Benjamin Button. But it's not getting old that worries him, he said at a promo gig in Berlin.

"I'm not so afraid of getting old, I'm more afraid of how I'll go," Reuters quotes him as saying. "Fire and tight spaces don't appeal. A shark would be interesting."

Indeed, that would be interesting, although we're convinced he'll be crushed to death by a gaggle of kids ranging in ages from infant to teen-ager one day. But leave it to those Germans to ask the tough questions, like what would make him cry.

"I don't cry," he says, "I'm hard as nails." Yeah, we'll see when you have to start making all those tuition payments.
