Brooke Hogan could be wrestling at State Fair
What would you do if we didn't give you a periodic Brooke Hogan update? Shrivel up and blow away, we're thinking, so we have to tell you that Brooke and her VH1 handlers are shooting an episode of Brooke Knows Best at the Florida State Fair on Feb. 6. Buy your tickets now!
Wilson Media tells tbt* and The Juice* that the deal is "90 percent done," but Hogan is "due to wrestle" Rick Flair's son in a circus tent after the last show of the day by Circus Hollywood. Now that shows some promise.
The Hulkster and Co. are no doubt going to show up for those shenanigans. Now all we need to do is get Brooke to endorse some walking tacos or fried Snickers bars and our day will be made.

My wife and I been thinking about moving to the Tampa-Clearwater-St. Pete area to fully retire. We have vacationed there often over the years. But in reading the 2 main local papers just to get abreast of the local news, apparently there isn't anything newsworthy other than the Hogans. Aren't there any other famous people there to report on, any with class or high reputation, other than a fake wrestler and his maniac family?

If you would just STOP WRITING about the Hogan family, Tampa Bay would be better for off for it.
The SPT's and many who live here want it both ways; titillating coverage of the seedy side of things locally, and holier than tho politics through the pulpit that also gets extensive coverage.
What are we here in Tampa Bay, cool southern party animals who enjoy excessive drinking and the high lifestyle of chicness, or religious zealots who want to control the infrastructure of our society? It's disgusting. Most not from here who have been living among you for years view the types described above as backwards and big city wannabes.
Just say no folks and move on.
