Jessica Simpson hardly ever washes her hair
Just when we thought we were done being grossed out by Jessica Simpson, she piles on the nasty by not washing her hair. Like, ever.
Star says Jess took the advice of her stylist, Ken Paves, who said she should only shampoo twice or thrice a month. Yuck. Seriously, he may work with Jennifer Lopez and Eva Longoria Parker, but that's just foul. And it's given Simpson a hard time, too.
"Jess' tresses are often greasy, but she hides it well," a source says. "She wears hats or reaches for the Hairdo, the clip-on extension line she created with Ken." Why does that sound like a commercial?
And what does she do when all that hair starts to stink up the joint? Why, just spritz it with her perfume, of course! Who knew? Well, besides every unfortunate soul to come in contact with her? Still, it must not be hard to keep your hair clean when you do no discernable physical activity.

Just thought I would shed some light on your comment. Most blacks wash their hair weekly or bi-weekly.

i use to wash my hair daily and it was constantly dry and frizzy. now i wash it 2-3 times a WEEK -- not a MONTH -- and it is healthier than ever. its not gross or nasty and no one would ever know if i didn't tell them. most blacks don't wash their hair but once a month or so for same reason. it strips hair of natural oils and dries it out to point of damage. i am 39 years old buy my hair looks great!

Okay folks. I mean, the ones of you who think washing hair 2-3 times a month is not enough and that it means that the person must be gross and dirty. You are absolutely wrong. Washing your hair everyday or even every other day strips your hair of its natural oils. This societal need to wash it everyday is a ploy by the marketing companies to get you to purchase their hair care products. You are actually PAYING to put BACK in what you just washed out! I am 45. At my age my hair should be looking pretty ragged but I'm told that I have beautiful hair ALL the time. I shower daily but don't wash my hair but 2-3 times a month. I just use a little talc to absorb the oil as needed and it makes it smell fresh too. Let your ignorance and your empty wallets, be your punishment.

I think she looks hot.....if that's her secret then take notes...this story is probably embellished anyway...H&$#@ I would quit washing my hair to spend time with Jessica....sounds like misguided jealousy..... Jessica....call me!!

Don't believe everything you read. Especially from STAR. Jessica isn't as uneducated or ignorant as you might think she is.

Constantly spritzing herself with perfume is no solution either. That stuff is very toxic and she is not only harming herself, but others around her and potentially setting herself up for fertility problems.
