Naveen Andrews wins custody of son despite being accused of trying to poison him

There's apparently some show on TV called Lost, and half of you freak out if we make fun of it, but by golly, we're here to tell you that Naveen Andrews, who plays Sayid Jarrah, has won custody of his son, Naveen Joshua, despite being accused of poisoning the tyke by the kid's mother, Elena Eustache. Oooh, the mystery!

TMZ says L.A. Superior Court granted custody to the daddy after Elena took Naveen the younger without permission. She has alleged that Naveen the senior and his girlfriend Barbara Hershey (yes, that Barbara Hershey) of trying to poison their son and that Hershey practices witchcraft.

Naveen's attorney, Laura Wasser, responded by asking that Eustache get a psychiatric evaluation. The new agreement allows the actor to take the three-year-old to Hawaii, where Lost is filmed. The kid can be accompanied either by his father or Hershey, which has to hurt Elena even more, since the child was the product of a brief affair Naveen had with Eustache in 2006 behind Barbara's back.
