Paula Abdul sued by woman who fell at taping
Paula Abdul's luck continues its bad streak: the American Idol judge has been sued by a woman who says she fell while walking down a driveway during a taping of Abdul's reality show Hey Paula, TMZ reports. That's just further proof that show was a bad idea.
A lawsuit filed Monday in L.A. by Jill Kohl blames Paula, Bravo Television, NBC Universal and more that she fell down because the property "was in a dangerous and defective condition." She's seeking $25,000 in damages, which is obviously what falling on your butt when a camera crew is nearby is worth.

i agree mary, why wouldn't she sue the person responsible for the building. Guess she thought she could get more money from paula >.>

Why is this frivolous, sue-happy idiot blaming Paula and not the building owner? Guess it's Paula's job to keep the driveway in tip-top condition. On the other hand, she, the suer - not Paula, was probably drunk and FELL down or tripped over her own 2 stupid feet.
