Jon Gosselin to counter-sue TLC
Jon Gosselin and the TLC have some major league issues. Already being sued by the cable network for breach of contract over his publicity stunts in the wake of the demise of his TV show, now the reality dad is counter-suing TLC for $5 million.
Gosselin "is likely to argue that TLC is preventing him from earning a living with a contract that is too restrictive," says Radar. TLC had originally been arguing that the father of eight violated his contract by taking money for unauthorized interviews and business deals.If the American public just raises $5 million and gives it to Jon, would he just go away?
