The problem with Top 40 radio is that we heard this over and over again on 93.3 WFLZ without knowing who it was. Thinking this was a decent throwaway end-of-summer pop single, The Juice* was going to post this a couple weeks back. Then we found out it was Miley Cyrus and went into self-appointed radio exile. But hey, it debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 and a video was released a little over a week ago, so here, listen to it a hundred times and hate yourself, too.
