Amy Winehouse, Pete Doherty are a bit off

Amy Winehouse and Pete Doherty sure are spending an awful lot of time together lately. What with Pete's release from jail and the cops dropping drug charges against Wino (that's like dropping bright charges against the sun), the two are rampaging throught the streets of Olde London Towne.

But what's most frightening is a video of the pair that has ended up on YouTube showing Amy playing with a litter of baby mice and a kitten while Pete runs a camera. That's right, it's as bizarre as it sounds. There's really no point to any of this, other than the two may or may not be stonked in someone's house, but you can't help but feel none of those poor animals are going to meet a good end.

UPDATE: Here's another one, in which Amy uses a mouse baby to plead with her husband Blake Fielder-Civil not to divorce her. Someone please call the police.

Paula Abdul needs to stay off the drugs

By now you've dissected Tuesday night's American Idol performance by Paula Abdul, who was so wasted on something (high on life, maybe?) that she said in front of the contestants and the entire audience that she thought Jason Castro sang twice -- but he only sang once (see video above). And she gave both songs not-so-good reviews. The nerve!

While Randy Jackson tried to cover for her and Ryan Seacrest tried to make a joke out of it, Simon Cowell tried to allay his fears of Abdul passing out right then by asking her who her favorite was. As nervous laughter filtered through the crowd, she settled on David Cook, who must have been thrilled. "It's just so hard," Paula whined about judging. No, being an underwater welder is hard; being an Idol judge is called career life support.

"It got very confusing ... the producers come up to us in the dark and said, 'We are not going to have you guys judge after each performer, we are going to have all the performers go once, then twice and at the end critique them,' " she told Entertainment Tonight. Surprised by the change, she lamented, ""I was trying to give my critique for Jason Castro, and scribbled Jason's name, and that was David's! ... We all just screwed up everything."

And yet, Paula, you're the only judge that made the mistake. Hmmm ... She gave another long-winded explanation on Ryan Seacrest's radio show Wednesday morning, but it was so circuitous we can't even recount it for you -- much like your average episode of American Idol!

Amy Winehouse out drinking once again

We love the British press, because while their libel laws are much stricter than American guidelines, they regularly trash celebs with such abandon we can’t help but read. Take Amy Winehouse: the Daily Mail says the singer went out for a “six-hour pub crawl” Tuesday night and got so wasted she had to break into her own house.

Tbdamywinehouse042308 That part's believable enough, but the Mail says she went out with Mick Whitnall, guitarist in Pete Doherty’s group Babyshambles, and eventually “tried to punch and headbutt a man in the street before buying the early editions of yesterday’s papers and heading for home, where she had to gain entry via the garage,” the paper writes.

This after saying that earlier in the week she was wandering around getting high, and (get this) embarrassing her jailed husband, Blake Fielder-Civil.

“Blake will get stick about this from fellow inmates,” his mom Georgette Civil said. “Her behavior has spiralled out of control. She’s made a complete fool of herself and I hope my son divorces her.”

Yes, because Blake is such an angel. Isn’t he in jail on charges of threatening a witness to him beating someone? She's such a black sheep in this company.

Richie Sambora pleads no contest to DUI

Blame those East Coast deadlines (and our indifference) again, folks, but Tuesday was the day Richie Sambora pleaded no contest on a charge of drunken driving from a March 25 arrest in Laguna Beach, Calif. TMZ says a second DUI was dropped in a plea agreement with prosecutors.

Tbdrichiesambora042408 You'll recall the Bon Jovi guitarist was stopped with his 10-year-old daughter, Ava, her cousin and Richie's girlfriend Jenn Mallini in the car. Sambora will pay about $1,600 in fines and penalties, must attend an alcohol-education course and is on three years' probation.

He blew a .13 BAC, which is almost twice the legal limit of .08, and yet he managed to weasel out of a charge of child endangerment. Police apparently recommended the charge, but prosecutors decided not to go after him. Last time we checked, driving your kid around while you're half-dead from alcohol may, in fact, endanger the child. But what do we know? We're not from California.

Universal tells Amy Winehouse to clean it up

Tbdamywinehouse041708 Universal has had it with Amy Winehouse's shenanigans: The label says she's better kick the drugs or they won't release any more of her future albums, the U.K.'s Sun reports. Why haven't they threatened this before?

Euro boss Lucian Grainge had made such an ultimatum before, back when that video footage of Wino smoking crack hit the Webwaves, but now the label is serious.

"Amy has been reminded of her responsibilities. Unless she is clean she will not be allowed to release another album," a source told the paper. “She took notice when Lucian talked to her earlier in the year and agreed to go to rehab. But she didn’t take it seriously enough. They would never release her from her deal, they would just not put an album out.”

They go on to speculate that any new music probably isn't on the horizon until 2009, which gives us plenty of time to find a new drug-addled songstress to lavish with too much coverage.

Barron Hilton pleads no contest in DUI charge

It’s time for a Juice* followup report: CelebTV.com is reporting that Barron Hilton, the 18-year-old troublemaker brother of one overcelebrated heirhead we never write about, pleaded no contest Wednesday to his February DUI charge.

Tbdbarronhilton041008 His attorney, Rich Hutton, entered the plea in a Malibu courthouse, a few days ahead of the scheduled April 14 court date. Might the rich folk be trying to avoid media spectacle once again?

Even if they are, the site is reporting that Barron must visit an L.A. County morgue to see what drinking and driving does, and will be lectured by Mothers Against Drunk Driving. Good thing, because apparently Kathy and Richard aren’t doing it. He wonder if he gave that fake ID to his brother Conrad so he, too, can get arrested for being a scofflaw.

Roberto Cavalli covets some Amy Winehouse

Tbdamywinehouse Amy Winehouse surely has a unique sense of, uh, style, but would Roberto Cavalli really ask her to wear his duds? The U.K.'s Mirror says yes.

Apparently the fashion icon's interest was piqued when Victoria Beckham was quoted as saying "(Winehouse) has a real sense of style that I love. She is a fashion icon because she's unique."

Posh's opinion must be enough for Cavalli, because Amy is apparently headed to his Tucan castle to work out a deal, which will reportedly include a lifetime of tailored clothes in return for Crackhouse wearing his hot rags at camera-heavy poublic appearances. Mrs. Juice* is drooling as we type.

"Cavalli was suitably taken in by what Victoria had to say that he's now determined to get Amy on board," a source tells the paper. We'd think he'd be taken aback, but hey, he's the design guru.

Richie Sambora is arrested for DUI charge

Tbdrichiesambora032708 We almost went two whole weeks without mention Bon Jovi, but thankfully Richie Sambora snapped the dry spell by getting arrested for a DUI charge in Laguna Beach.

TMZ reports the 47-year-old guitarist was pulled over about 11 p.m. Tuesday night after weaving all over in his Hummer. With his 10-year-old daughter, Ava, in the car with him, no less!

He failed several field sobriety tests, which is a shame, given his 2007 time in rehab. Was there anything harder in his system? “At this point there’s no indication of drugs,” Laguna Beach Police Sgt. Jason Kravetz said. After divorcing Heather Locklear and then getting dumped by Denise Richards, we can’t help but feel for the guy.

Fergie's meth habit revealed dramatic FBI plot

Tbdfergie032608 We already know not to make sex tapes, but here's today's anti-drug message: Fergie tells the April issue of Marie Claire that when she was a meth-head circa 2001, she was so wigged out she thought the FBI was coming for her. The FBI and their muffins.

"I had about 20 different conspiracy theories. I painted the windows in my apartment black so they couldn't see in," the Dutchess says.

"One day, when I was about 90 pounds, a guy comes up to me ... I'm searching in the bushes for clues about whatever they're after me for. I'm in a cowboy hat and red lips. He hands me a muffin. I'm thinking, 'He's in on it.' "

And eventually the world found out that plan was to kidnap Stacy Ferguson, get her off the meth, get her a ton of plastic surgery and unleash London Bridge on the world.

Steve-O is in the hospital, obviously not well

Jackass prankster Steve-O (nee Stephen Glover) will be spending a little more time in the hospital after threatening suicide a week ago, Star reports.

The 33-year-old was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center last weekend after sending e-mails to friends saying he wanted to take his own life. He was put on a 72-hour hold a la Britney Spears, but the stay has been extended, Star says.

"Steve is stabilized on meds at this point," a source told magazine. "He was also treated for burns on his skin as if he had been putting cigarettes out on his own body."

Glover has been charged with felony possession of cocaine following a March 3 arrest, TMZ reports. That can't be helping his state of mind.

"Right now he's in his extreme mania," a family member said. "His concerned friends and family are hoping he'll seek treatment. He doesn't need jail, he needs therapy. We're just really hoping that this will be the wake-up call that gets him back to himself."

The suicidal tendencies apparently resulted from a failed relationship, leading to a troubled scene when he was admitted to Cedars-Sinai.

"Steve started flipping out," another source said. "He told doctors he wanted to hurt himself badly. He wanted to break every bone in his body one by one."

Suddenly the self-abusing career choices are making a lot more sense. Be sure and check out the latest video insanity posted to his YouTube profile above.

Courts quibble Jessica Sierra's probation fix

Tbdjessicasierra031108 From our breaking news blog:

Jessica Sierra was back in court this morning trying to resolve a problem with her probation transfer to a California rehab center. California probation officials say Florida violated an inter-state compact by allowing Sierra to go to California without prior approval from probation officials there.

Sierra’s attorney, John Fitzgibbons, told Hillsborough Circuit Judge Daniel Perry he had worked out a solution. Florida Department of Correction officials will send an e-mail to California authorities today to expedite a probation transfer request for Sierra, Fitzgibbons said. He hopes to have the issue resolved and Sierra back in rehab in Pasadena by the end of week.

“Right now it’s just red tape and bureaucracy,” Fitzgibbons said, who noted that Sierra has been sober for 99 days.

Sierra was joined in court by her grandparents, Jose and Betty Sierra. “We’re very happy with the progress she’s making, and we’re focused on her complete recovery,” her grandmother said.

Sierra was placed on probation in November after being charged with battery and cocaine possession charges, accused of throwing a cocktail glass at a Hyde Park Cafe patron’s head and having the drug in her purse. A drunken episode in Ybor City in December caused her to violate the terms of her probation and face new charges of disorderly intoxication and obstructing an officer without violence.

Your tax dollars at work, people. And now that we've seen the finale to VH1's Celebrity Rehab, we want to know what happened with that whole transfer to a Sober Living facility.

Ozzy Osbourne can't remember New Zealand

Tbdozzyosbourne030308 Ozzy Osbourne is headed back to Wellington, New Zealand for the Rock2Wgtn festival during Easter, but that doesn’t mean the aging rocker has any real recollection of it -- and that’s not just because his last trip to Wellington was in 1973 with Black Sabbath. (For the record, the last time he visited the country was in 1998.)

“I used to enjoy being f---ing crazy,” he told The Dominion Post from L.A. “I ain’t no saint now. I’m still f---ing nuts.”

So nuts that he has to rely on the Kiwi caretaker of his mansion, whom he only identified as Howard, to jog his memory. “He said there’s some amazing sights to be seen. I saw parts of that hobbit thing and I thought, 'Where on earth was this place filmed?’” Ozzy said. “I can remember being there, but I can’t remember when.”

Of course, when you bite the heads off bats and support the economy of Colombia by yourself, you’re likely to forget most things.

Jessica Sierra can complete California rehab

Tbdjessicasierra022708 This was on our Breaking News blog yesterday, but I was off yesterday and I like to keep the RSS feeders happy. Plus, you people can't get enough of her:

Jessica Sierra’s name came up in court again Monday morning, except this time, it’s not the former American Idol contestant who is causing problems.

According to her attorney, John Fitzgibbons, she “couldn’t be doing any better” in her California drug and alcohol rehab program. But the state of California still is refusing to accept a transfer of Sierra’s probation. They want her to fly back to Tampa, where she has had multiple run-ins with police, and apply for the transfer before they will consider accepting it.

Fitzgibbons blamed bureaucrats for the delay and predicted Sierra, 22, is more likely to relapse if she returns home before completing the rehab program.

Hillsborough Circuit Judge Daniel Perry, it seems, agreed. He put Sierra on “mail-in status,” meaning her doctors will keep Florida authorities updated on her progress. When she is finished, she’ll return to Tampa and the judge will review her probation status at that point.

“I’m glad she’s in California,” her father Joseph Sierra said. “We don’t need her back here.” After last week’s episode of Celebrity Rehab, in which she admits she’ll likely get drunk and arrested upon her return to Tampa, our hearts are breaking.

Amy Winehouse's husband ODs in prison

Tbdamywinehouse021908 While Amy Winehouse makes a go at turning things around in rehab, her husband Blake Fielder-Civil almost died when he took what he thought was heroin, News of the World says.

The 35-year-old was found doubled over in pain and puking all over the place by prison guards in the G Wing of north London’s Pentonville prison. He and six other inmates allegedly took the substance (likely heroin cut with a toxic agent) and immediately felt sick, sources tell NOTW. This is after he was let out of solitary, where he was being punished for failing three drug tests.

“This was a close call, but he might not be so lucky next time,” a jail source said. “If he carries on taking so many drugs, he’ll end up dead before long.” And the fact that he’s barred from seeing visitors including his lovely (?) wife, probably doesn’t help his druggie behavior any.

Jessica Sierra is no longer pregnant, site says

Tbdjessicasierra021408 In a tersely worded post, TMZ reports a source tells them former American Idol finalist Jessica Sierra is no longer pregnant, without elaborating or confirming what happened.

You’ll remember The Juice* reporting about Sierra’s pregnancy being discovered while she was at the Falkenburg Road Jail in December on charges of public intoxication, obstructing an officer, cocaine possession and battery.

Meanwhile, VH1’s Celebrity Rehab is breaking our hearts because we know how Jess ended up after the show, and her sex tape, Jessica Sierra Superstar, was released by Vivid last week and is apparently selling fairly well. Well, at least as well as Kim Kardashian's sex tape, so we don't know how much that's saying.

More on this as details emerge.

Rehab gab: Kirsten Dunst in, Eva Mendes out

Tbdkirstendunst020808_2 Is Britney not enough rehab juice for you? Well, Star is saying Kirsten Dunst has checked into celebrity favorite Cirque Lodge in Utah. So much for that quote from her rep last week that she was doing fine. The glossy says the 25-year-old decided to get help after a particularly messy weekend at the Sundance Film Festival.

Tbdevamendes020808_2 But while she’s going in, Life & Style says Eva Mendes is checking out. As we told you last week, 33-year-old Mendes had gone to the very same facility for unconfirmed “personal issues,” but left for L.A. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Cirque has officially replaced the Beverly Hills Hotel as the place to stargaze, apparently.

Oh, and one last rehab note: Amy Winehouse apparently has to cancel her live performance at the Grammys because the U.S. Embassy turned down her request for a visa (she'll sing via satellite). Homeland security at its finest!

February 01, 2008

Now Eva Mendes has gone away to rehab

Tbdevamendes020408 Eva Mendes is the latest passenger on the rehab train, with TMZ reporting she’s off in Utah for a vacation from substance abuse. Mendes is staying at Cirque Lodge, the same place Lindsay Lohan spent her last round of detox.

"Eva has been working hard for the past year and made a positive decision to take some much-needed time off to proactively attend to some personal issues that, while not critical, she felt deserved some outside professional support," her rep said.

The site says she’s apparently been there for "several weeks" for the unspecified problem (puzzling, since this photo was taken in Paris on Jan. 14). That shows how famous Ghost Rider has made her.

Video: Julian Schnabel hates Sean Young

Surely you’re bursting from anticipation wondering what exactly happened at Saturday’s Director’s Guild of America awards that prompted actress Sean Young to check into rehab for alcohol abuse. That’s why we have video of the event, courtesy of the Hollywood Reporter.

In it, Julian Schnabel walks onstage to accept his award for The Diving Bell and the Butterfly and collects his thoughts. Young can be heard yelling “Get on with it!”, to which Schnabel responds “Who said that to me?” Upon seeing Young, he says, “Have another cocktail,” before she shouts something else.

Variety says security tried to grab Sean, who then tried to punch the people coming to get her. Obviously upset, Schnabel says, “Perhaps you’d like to finish my speech, darling. Thank you,” and leaves the stage.

What we’re trying to figure out is why anyone would invite Young to anything after that whole episode in which she showed up at Tim Burton’s place wearing a Catwoman outfit, trying to be cast in Batman Returns.

Young in rehab, 'Joe' notes, Brown's hearing

• Actress Sean Young, who took a luxury-class ticket on the crazy train in the 1980s after some cinematic success, has entered rehab for alcohol abuse after heckling The Diving Bell and the Butterfly director Julian Schnabel at the Directors Guild of America awards on Saturday, the AP reports. Let’s just hope Deckard from Blade Runner doesn’t come after her next.

• In G.I. Joe casting news, Channing Tatum — who has a ton of flicks in the can but until now is most recognizable in She’s the Man — has been tapped to play Duke, while Dennis Quaid fills the role of General Hawk and Arnold Vosloo (Imhotep from The Mummy series) will try on Zartan, Variety reports. Can you guess which of these three The Juice* thinks doesn’t make the cut?

• A New York judge has denied Foxy Brown’s request to be let out of jail so she can travel to California to have a hearing problem examined, the AP says. If she was really trying to sell her story, she would have told the judge, “What?”

January 24, 2008

Amy Winehouse is back in rehab. Again.

Okay, Juice*heads, this is the third day in a row we’ve mentioned “Amy Winehouse” and “rehab” in the same sentence, so let’s see if this latest report gets it right. Reuters says Universal Music Group released a statement insisting the 24-year-old has taken the plunge. “

Amy Winehouse’s planned appearance at the NRJ Awards in France on Saturday has been cancelled as the artist has entered a rehabilitation clinic,” the company said. “Amy decided to enter the facility today after talks with her record label, management, family and doctors. She has come to understand that she requires specialist treatment to continue her ongoing recovery from drug addiction and prepare for her planned appearance at the Grammy Awards.”

That would be on Feb. 10, so this is one rush job of rehab. Heck, Dr. Drew Pinsky has already told us on VH1 that people can die from withdrawal symptoms, so let’s not start counting crackheads before they’re hatched, yes?

January 23, 2008

Amy Winehouse video under police scrutiny

Well, that trip to rehab Amy Winehouse took with her father Mitch on Tuesday lasted all of two hours, the Daily Mail reports. The paper says she spent a couple hours at the facility but didn’t check herself in.

Apparently her bad habits have returned with her beehive, and Scotland Yard is looking into that video (above) from the Sun of her allegedly smoking what the kids call the crack rock, the AP says.

“Officers will be reviewing the footage and will then assess the footage and ascertain whether any action is to be taken,” a police spokesman said.

Her “friends” aren’t too happy about the footage, and say she was set up by the tabloid. Well, duh. “She is a recovering addict and if someone waves temptation in her face, she is not yet strong enough to say no,” a source told the Daily Mail. She also apparently can’t say no to ballet shoes, hair dye and anorexia.

Judge tells Jessica Sierra to shut up already

Once again, from our Breaking News blog (see a pattern here?):

TAMPA - Hillsborough Circuit Judge Daniel Perry scolded Jessica Sierra this morning for talking to reporters but allowed her to leave for California immediately to begin drug treatment.

"I am not happy with you,'' Perry told Sierra. "I don't like turning on my TV and seeing you do what I told you not to do. Those microphones are like a magnet for you. You are not a celebrity. You're a drug addict.''

Sierra talked to reporters immediately after leaving jail Wednesday. At a court hearing Monday, Perry gave her a break, putting her on probation and sending her to rehab instead of going to prison. At the same hearing, Perry told her not to talk to reporters.

So today Perry issued a new order: Sierra cannot get within 100 yards of a TV camera or microphone.

The former American Idol finalist, who has had a couple of recent brushes with the law involving drugs and alcohol, did not leave as expected because California did not accept her emergency request for probationary status there.

Now Sierra has 45 days to work things out with California. During that time she will be treated at the Pasadena drug center with Dr. Drew Pinsky, host of the Celebrity Rehab show on which she is a participant. If California continues to reject her request, Perry said, she will have to return to Tampa to work out something else.

Sierra's attorney, John Fitzgibbons, said she has a plane ticket to leave for California this afternoon. She will go directly to the rehab center, he said.

Jessica Sierra avoids prison for more rehab

From our Breaking News blog:

Tbdjessicasierra010808 VH1's Dr. Drew Pinsky came to town Monday to plead with a judge to allow fallen American Idol Jessica Sierra to go to a treatment center instead of prison. Circuit Judge Daniel Perry said he was reluctant to approve of such a situation but ultimately decided to allow Sierra to head to California for a residential treatment program.

He also extended her probation for 24 more months, bringing it to a total of three years following her yearlong treatment.

Sierra will undergo one year of treatment at the Pasadena Recovery Center. Pinsky --  host of Celebrity Rehab, a VH1 show that has featured Sierra --  said Sierra is an addict who really needs "sustained, intensive and highly monitored treatment."

The judge said he is tired of Sierra's problem being glamorized and said she was not to allowed to use treatment as a stepping stone to a career. "I don't want her getting interviewed. I don't want her on TV. I'm over that," Perry said.

He told prison loomed if she didn't complete her treatment. "Either you finish it on your first try or you are going to prison.

"Stay out of Ybor City."

Lindsay Lohan might be broke, drinking again

Tbdlindsaylohan010408 When she’s not out gallivanting with Italian men, Lindsay Lohan is apparently begging her friends for money. The New York Daily News says LiLo has been asking for spending cash despite a rumored five-figure deal with tobacco-substitute maker Ariva (too bad sources report seeing her smoking all week on Capri).

And what led to that slobberfest with Italian actor Dario Faiella, anyway? Maybe it’s one source’s report to X17 that she blew 500 euros (that’s about $736) at the bar in one night!

TMZ also says she was seen chugging bubbly from a bottle on New Year’s Eve, a fact confirmed by the ever-quotable lawyer Blair Berk: “The good news was that Lindsay stopped herself that night, called her sponsor, and got herself immediately back on track. There is no magic cure here. The most unfortunate part of this is that Lindsay has to share her ‘one day at a time’ with the entire world.” Maybe she should try staying away from large groups of inebriated people for awhile.

Mischa Barton won't let her DUI end her party

Tbdmischabarton123107 Mischa Barton may have been arrested for DUI last week, but that won’t keep her from hosting a New Year’s celebration in Vegas, Us says. “

We are aware of Mischa Barton’s incident last night, but at present she is still expected to host the CatHouse grand opening at Luxor Las Vegas on December 29th,” a rep for the new lounge said. “We will let you know if anything changes.”

Since Barton was busted for weaving in her car while toasted and had some weed and pills on her (so says the L.A. County Sheriff), perhaps hanging out in Vegas on the drunkiest night of the year isn’t the smartest thing to be doing.

Wouldn't you know it: Jessica Sierra pregnant

Just as The Juice* reveals that pregnancy is this year’s hot accessory comes word from TMZ that our favorite fallen Idol, Jessica Sierra, is in a family way!

Tbdjessicasierrasex122407_3 The site says that while Jess languishes in the Falkenburg Road Jail on charges of public intoxication, obstructing an officer, cocaine possession and battery, she’s been moved to the infirmary and put on a “pregnancy diet.” That must mean they increase her daily calcium intake by putting a slice of cheese on her balogna sandwich.

Speaking of which, “sources” tell TMZ the daddy is a “rapper.” Whether that means of the hip-hop variety or that he has a long rap sheet is anyone’s guess, but we’re willing to bet it’s both. And we don't even want to theorize about whether this has anything to do with her sex tape ... Ew.

Wino's mom: Let us help you, dear

Wino

The latest proud graduate of the Lynne Spears-Dina Lohan School of Parenting, it seems, is Janis Winehouse. Reuters reports that Amy's mom penned a letter to a British tabloid over the weekend begging the famously drug- and booze-addled, Grammy-nominated songstress to return to this happy little place we call reality. (Because, you know, a tabloid is the best place for a mother-daughter connection.) "We want to help you, but we know that unless you want to be helped -- unless you come to us -- anything we tried would be in vain," Janis wrote in the News of the World. "I pile hope upon hope that your strong will can bend for just a moment to make that decision and come home to me." Janis referenced recent pictures of a distraught Wino wandering the streets of London in only a bra and jeans. "All I wanted to do was rush into those pictures and wrap you up in a big, warm blanket," she wrote. "Early fame has overwhelmed you, it's dizzied you and muddled your mind. For a moment, forget you're a superstar. You're also young and vulnerable, no stronger than any of the rest of us. You think you're strong enough to get through this on your own, darling, but you're not."

Jessica Sierra offers oral sex after Ybor arrest

While you’re all waiting for Jessica Sierra’s appearance on VH1’s Celebrity Rehab, the former American Idol contestant was busy getting arrested after being thrown out of the Full Moon Saloon in Ybor City on Saturday — punching and then propositioning her arresting officer in the process.

TampaBay.com first reported that the 22-year-old was kicked out for being too rowdy, living up to true Ybor form by arguing with club manager Justin Hay, according to police documents. She pulled away when an officer grabbed her arm, then slapped him in the stomach when he did it again. She stormed off with a friend, but came back shouting dirty words and ended up on the ground fighting with the friend, landing her in a police cruiser, where she promptly puked.

The cop said Sierra was “disorderly and argumentative at one moment and then apologetic the next,” meaning she was so apologetic she offered him oral sex in exchange for her freedom. When he oh-so-wisely did not comply, she allegedly let loose with a torrent of racial epithets and threw up again before ending up at the Orient Road Jail, where she was charged with disorderly intoxication and obstructing or opposing an officer without violence. She was also charged with violating her probation for throwing a cocktail glass at a Hyde Park Cafe patron in April.

At her arraignment on Sunday, the judge gave a Juice*-style admonishment: “Obviously the bar scene isn’t working out so well for you. I would suggest that you find another form of entertainment.”

Lindsay Lohan's boyfriend goes out partying

Tbdlindsaylohan112807 While The Juice* has been hawking “Save LiLo” buttons in our online store (see right), we’re honestly happy to hear that 21-year-old Lindsay Lohan really seems to have taken her last round of rehab to heart, as noted by her virtual absence from our daily sleaze report.

But while Linds spent the Thanksgiving holiday in group therapy and out shopping with her whole family, the New York Post’s Page Six says her latest crush (and fellow rehabber) Riley Giles was MIA most nights. Giles had come out to Long Island to “meet her friends and family,” a source said, but apparently spent his nights out in the club scene, which can’t be good for his addictions, let alone Lohan’s.

“Riley was not very well behaved when he came back to New York with Lindsay,” a friend told the tabloid. “He was out every night without her, and I’m not sure how much longer that relationship is going to last.” If his idea of rehab is going out partying, maybe it’s best for LiLo if the relationship doesn’t last.

Donny Osmond no longer hates Larry King

Donny Osmond apologized to Larry King for bringing up the fact that Marie Osmond’s 16-year-old son Michael has gone off to rehab.

The singer said on Monday’s Today show that he “was very upset” about King’s question during an interview with the siblings last week (see above). “I thought it was very unfair for Larry King to throw that question at Marie the way he did,” he said.

Donny said he had a change of heart when he learned gossip rags were about to blow the story up anyway. “I have to back up and apologize publicly to Larry King because I came out and said some things against him,” he said. “... In hindsight, Larry King did Marie a favor. She was able to make a statement about the situation. ... And so she’s grateful to Larry.”

And yet with all these distractions, Marie continues to compete on Dancing With the Stars.

Jonathan Rhys Meyers arrested at airport

Tbdjonathanrhysmeyers112007 Jonathan Rhys Meyers, over whom the ladies swooned in Match Point with Scarlett Johansson and Vanity Fair with Reese Witherspoon, was arrested for drinking and flying at Dublin Airport, the AP reports.

The 30-year-old actor was charged with public drunkenness and disturbing the peace after Irish cops twice told him to settle down for being abusive at an airport gate and a BMI airline desk. That’s bad news for Rhys Meyers, who already went to rehab last April for a drinking problem.

He was in Ireland promoting his upcoming movie August Rush with Robin Williams, another actor who’s been known to fall off the wagon. Police let Jonathan off the hook with a cash bail, but he has to go back to Dublin for a Dec. 5 arraignment. We wonder if his portrayal of Henry VIII in The Tudors will win him any points.

Marie Osmond's kid, 16, in rehab

Osmond A tough month for the Osmond family just got even tougher. Marie Osmond’s 16-year-old son Michael entered rehab for undisclosed reasons last week, according to Access Hollywood. “My son Michael is an amazing young man, shown through his courage in facing his issues,” Osmond said in a statement. “As his mother, I couldn’t be more proud of him.” Marie’s father, George, died on Nov. 6 at age 90.

Lindsay Lohan just says no to drunken frivolity

Tbdlindsaylohan103107 Remember that New Year’s Eve party that Lindsay Lohan was booked for at LAX in Las Vegas? Don’t buy your tickets just yet. Us reports the rehab princess is out.

“Lindsay will no longer be hosting New Year’s Eve in Las Vegas,” her rep told the mag. She was “contractually obligated” to do a show after cancelling her July birthday party at Pure because she was in rehab, and now it seems she may return to host an event eventually.

But for now, she “continues to focus on her work and sobriety” her people said. Can it be, The Juice* is proud of LiLo?

Courtroom hi-jinks from Entertainment land

Orlando Bloom was let off the hook by the law on Friday when the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office said there was “insufficient evidence” of alcohol or drug use in his Oct. 12 accident, which injured his two passengers, the AP says. He probably just saw an In-N-Out Burger nearby.

• A federal judge ordered rapper T.I. released on $3 million bond Friday, but he must remain in home confinement while he awaits trial on weapons charges, the AP reports. If he just stayed at home in the first place, he wouldn’t be having these problems.

Pete Doherty, whom we normally shun, was fined $800 for driving without insurance and $154 for not having a valid inspection certificate for his car and was given a four-month sentence, suspended for two years, Reuters says. That should tide him over until his next court-ordered stint in a drug treatment program.

Goodman goes to rehab

Goodman

Was John Goodman really John Badman? (That, ladies and gentlemen, is the lamest joke to ever make the Juice*. Always remember where you were when you read it.) The actor has checked out of rehab at the Promises Treatment Center in Malibu, Calif., after being treated there for undisclosed reasons. "For my family and myself, I voluntarily took the necessary steps to remain sober the rest of my life," Goodman said in a statement, according to the AP. There was no word on why he was there or for how long.

LiLo's going brokesies

We were going to ignore this report from the British tab News of the World about Lindsay Lohan going Lilo broke ... but then they had to go and use the phrase "massive orgy of booze and drugs," and we were powerless to resist. The News reports (and MSNBC.com seems to agree) that Lindsay's so poor, post-rehab, that she's having to crash in a house owned by billionaire producer Tom Gores. The report quotes a source as saying Linsday "thinks nothing of blowing thousands of dollars on a single night of partying." The tab for one bash, the report states, ran over $1-million. Strange -- who would have thought the star of money mints Georgia Rule and I Know Who Killed Me would ever end up in dire financial straits?

Samantha Ronson sues Perez Hilton over post

Tbdsamantharonson101207 The Juice* takes note when we hear Lindsay Lohan pal Samantha Ronson has sued Perez Hilton for defamation after the gossip blogger repeated a report that Ronson planted cocaine on the actress after a May 26 car crash.

The AP says Superior Court Judge Elihu M. Berle said Ronson’s attorneys can take a four-hour deposition from Hilton -- whose real name is Mario Lavandeira -- who reposted a report from CelebrityBabylon.com. (This is in addition to Hilton being sued by Britney Spears’ record label Zomba for posting at least 10 songs and demos from the singer’s upcoming album, Blackout.) Both postings said not only did Ronson plant the coke, she also set LiLo up to be photographed while the actress was drunk.

“I am not now and have never been a drug user,” Ronson stated in a supplemental declaration. “I have never handled or touched cocaine. I did not ever place any cocaine at any place at any time.”

Come on, she used to hang with Lindsay Lohan. That’s like saying you spend all your time on a boat but don’t come into contact with water.

David Hasselhoff ends up in the hospital

Tbddavidhasselhoff101107 David Hasselhoff fell off the wagon this week, landing in the hospital Tuesday after his relapse, E! Online reports.

“David had a brief relapse and immediately recognized the importance of addressing it with the assistance of his doctors,” rep Judy Katz told TMZ. “He is doing fine.” Hopefully there will be no cheeseburgers being eaten off the floor this time.

The Hoff managed to win primary custody of his two teenage daughters in June, but crazy ex Pamela Bach has been watching Hayley and Taylor While David is filming Anaconda 3 in Europe. That last line should make you want a drink, too.

Lindsay Lohan speaks from beyond rehab

Tbdlindsaylohan101007 Fresh from rehab, Lindsay Lohan sat down with In Touch Weekly to tell her side of the story. It’s the usual post-rehab pleas for privacy while discounting pretty much every rumor we’ve heard since August, but she manages to admit she’d dating 25-year-old snowboarder Riley Giles and talks about her reunion with dad Michael.

“We hadn’t connected in three-and-a-half years. But it was really good for me. My mom (Dina) thought it was a good idea, as well,” she says. “I think it was really important for me to get a connection back with my dad because I hadn’t had that in a while.”

She even says that the bitter split has been quite the strain on her psyche: “I think the trouble in my family resulted in me rebelling and doing things to try to get my parents’ attention,” she offers.

But more importantly, she takes a swipe at all those gossip rags (like The Juice*) who have been spreading vicious rumors about her.

“It’s just really hard when people put out rumors about a relapse,” she says. “It’s hard for me to maintain my sobriety when people are doing that, because it hurts. I would like support from people.” It’s also hard for her to maintain her sobriety when she goes out drinking all night while doing lines off the bar. Maybe that’s why she also talks about moving to New York and trying different projects, including working with the American Red Cross in Africa come December.

But as always, we’ll give rehabbers the benefit of the doubt, especially when she says, “I just want to apologize to any of my fans that look up to me, especially my younger fans, for setting the examples that I didn’t mean to set. That is one of the reasons that I want to change things.” Your Juice* amnesty clock starts now, Linds.

LiLo's out of rehab; Is Britney going in?

Time to hide your cooking sherry and pocket money, because People confirms Lindsay Lohan was officially released from Cirque Lodge in Utah on Friday.

"I'm proud of her. She's moving ahead with her life," her mother, Dina, told the magazine. "Things were getting out of control. She took action. She took responsibility. She really needed to heal."

Rumors have been flying around the InterWebs that she was only released for dental work in L.A. and had to go back, mostly because NW says she had tested positive for cocaine while getting treatment.

But even daddy Michael says she's on the loose. "Now that she is going out into the world, I can only hope for the best," he said.

Maybe she was joining in the reunion between Britney and Lynne Spears, whom OK! says got together over the weekend. But it seems Lynne had a LiLo-style future in mind for Brit-Brit, bringing sister Jamie Lynn (that's Jamie and Brit on Saturday in the video above) and calling ex Kevin Federline to stage an intervention for the smoking wreck.

Things don't sound good for the talks, though, as the mag says Bratney stormed out of the house, drove to a couple clubs (but didn't get out of the car) and then drove back home. Could it be her entourage abandoned her?

LiLo isn't coming home after getting high

Tbdlindsaylohan100407 Don’t break out the “Welcome Home” banners for Lindsay Lohan just yet. NW magazine says the freckled menace will not be released for a pretty obvious reason — she’s repeatedly tested positive for cocaine.

Due to be released from Cirque Lodge in Utah last week, the starlet apparently has been mixing diet pills with anti-anxiety meds to chase her coke.

“I think she’ll take whatever pills they allow her,” a source says. “It’s obvious to me she’s high because she acts loopy and can’t seem to walk in a straight line!”

The spy says staff are overlooking her habits, no doubt blinded by the bright lights of her Hollywood-ness.

“She had a friend sneak vodka in a water bottle into one of the Alcoholics Anonymous meetings she goes to,” the source continues. “Everyone wants her to be their friend, so they’ll do anything for her.” Well, everything but make her realize her liver isn’t a trampoline.

Britney Spears is devastated after losing kids

Britney heading to court on Monday. If your life was like this, you'd be crazy, too.

Every once in a great while, The Juice* feels a pang of guilt when gleefully writing about any celeb’s problems, and especially when that celeb is Britney Spears. But while the world waits for the inevitable overdose or other suicide attempt, The Juice* isn’t quite so sure this kid-free lifestyle isn’t what Brit wanted in the first place.

Since we're ignoring In Touch Weekly's sex-tape story for now (where's the proof?), Us reports that after handing Sean and Jayden over to Kevin Federline just hours after being ordered to do so by the court, she drove to Bel Air tanning salon Epitome to catch some fake rays. Mind you, the court gave her two more days with her children, but she chose to drop them off waaay before Wednesday.

And now details are emerging from the case, with TMZ and the Daily Mail saying that the judge rescued the tykes after Bratney failed to do any of the things she was previously ordered to do. You know, little things like see a drug counselor, submit to drug-testing, enroll in parenting classes and even signing the judge’s order.

The most serious infraction happened over the weekend when she was photographed driving her kids around town despite not having a valid drivers license. She faces up to a year in jail for that one.

“We weren’t able to prove compliance with what the judge ordered,” attorney Sorrell Trope told People magazine. “Specifically, the judge ordered that by 10 a.m. (Monday) morning, both parties show valid California driving licenses. I’ve been unable to produce evidence of that.”

You’d think it would be a priority, but no. And now, even though it’s a temporary end of visitation rights, it may end up costing Brit everything.

“She was driving without a license with a child in the car,” divorce lawyer Raoul Felder told the Daily Mail. “You can put aside the in and out of rehab, the shaving her head. But this? When a judge went out on a limb for her? There’s no going back.”

Can you say “delayed adolescence? We knew you could.

Brittany Snow's dangerous diet

Snow_2 Disturbing news from MTVU.com, which is where budding starlet and Tampa native Brittany Snow (Hairspray) chose to reveal that she once had a full-on eating disorder. "I lived on pineapple," said the  21-year-old actress, who was only 12 at the time. She lost 10 pounds, received compliments on her looks, and then couldn’t stop. "It kind of progressed into this thing where I needed to always be dieting and losing weight and more weight," she said. At age 15, she was stepping on the scale 10 to 15 times a day, and her hair was falling out. "I was getting this fuzz on my face and I was always cold — always to the point of uncontrollably shaking." At 85 pounds, she began cutting herself. At age 19, she went to rehab and got help for her depression. “But the eating stuff was still really hard to deal with," she said. "It’s still a struggle."

Jack Bauer's one weakness: the sauce

Tbdkiefersutherland092607 It looks like Jack Bauer is going the way of Lindsay Lohan (and Nicole Richie, and all the other celebutards we write about). Kiefer Sutherland was arrested for DUI Monday night in West Hollywood after making an illegal u-turn, TMZ says.

The police report says Sutherland allegedly blew twice the legal limit of .08. The site says it's
