You guys went gaga when Kim Kardashian showed up, so if you like people who are famous for being famous, peep AJA in Tampa on Saturday for an appearance by Brody Jenner. Yes, you too can rub elbows with someone who had a famous dad.
The star of The Hills will host the premiere of We Rock the House Saturdays at the Channelside club, AJA says. Hey, Brody's got to do something now that the season is over, right?

When Brooke Hogan isn't accusing her mom of being on drugs, she's revealing her new album cover for The Redemption, which would be revealing, if it weren't just a cheesy drawing.
In a post on BrookesWorld.com, Hogan shows off the would-be-angelic artwork for the album, which is due out in July. The first single, Falling, features her boyfriend, Stack$ (watch the video below. There's another one coming up that has Colby O'Donis in it, although they misspell his name on the site.
But what is it with this drawing? Was there some kind of photographers strike in the area we didn't hear about? She shows up in paparazzi pics enough, you'd think this oufit was just for a normal Saturday afternoon for her.
If you were in Dade City to watch Florida Championship Wrestling on Wednesday night, you may have caught a glimpse of an out-of-town guest: Jennifer Hudson. The Dreamgirls star was at the National Guard Armory to see her fiance, David Otunga, who wrestles under the name of Dawson Alexander, Esq., which is a whole lot better than his previous nickname, Punk from I Love New York.
Our paparazzo Luis Santana was on the scene and managed to catch a glimpse of Hudson hanging out in the background (wearing a gray hoodie and pink tights, no less), but she soon got wise and left. Otunga was there signing autographs and looking gigantic, though.

It was only a matter of time until Linda Hogan responded to her ex Hulk's comments in Rolling Stone about how he totally understood O.J. Simpson. And of course, she picked Us magazine, that bastion of meaningful journalism, to vent her spleen.
"Hulk's serial cheating destroyed our marriage, our family and our future," she said in a statement. "Sadly, his recent comments remind us that his definition of fair is much different than what the law dictates."
Her rep Gary Smith (what does she do that requires a rep?) also gets in on the acid talk: "We have always maintained that the fear that Linda has had to live with comes from the rage and instability much too often associated with pro wrestlers," Smith said. "Linda and her family are taking these recent homicidal comments seriously. Linda's attorney Ray Rafool is weighting all options necessary to protect his client."
This has all caused Hulk to realize maybe he should have kept his mouth shut and not channeled Chris Rock, who once joked that he ain't saying O.J. shoulda killed Nicole, but he understood.
"Hulk in no way condones the O.J. situation," Hulk's flack said. "As part of a larger conversation, he referred to it to exemplify his frustration with his own situation."
Good thing what he said made it all better, huh?

While the Jonas Brothers may not be the biggest draw at the movie theater, we're pretty sure the 'tweens will lineup to scream and coo as Nick, Joe and Kevin come to the St. Pete Times Forum on Tuesday, Aug. 18. In fact, so many people are spazzing out over the three-continent tour that a pre-sale for tickets crashed Ticketmaster's site for the event on Monday.
Rolling Stone says that so many members of the group's fan club tried to log in for the announced presale -- tickets go on sale for regular folks on Saturday -- that the site went down about a half-hour before the 10 a.m. on sale time.
“The official Team Jonas fan club website experienced intermittent problems this morning, causing delays among members attempting to connect to purchase tickets. For those of you still needing access codes, we are in the process of contacting fan club members individually with a solution so that you can purchase tickets as soon as possible," a posting on the site read. "Rest assured that only Team Jonas fan club members will continue to have exclusive access to purchase tickets for the next 36 hours (through 10 AM EST, Wednesday March 25).”
If you want to get tix the old-fashioned way (or don't want to admit you're part of the Jonas fan club), check out the regular sale this weekend. Seats are priced from $29.50 to $89.50, which is a small price to pay for your maladjusted young daughter to misdirect her emotional attachments at the overblown pop cultural event of the summer!

Anthony Pernicka, a 26-year-old Tampa man who attended Sunday's Britney Spears concert, is selling three photos of her wardrobe malfunction on eBay for $1,000 so he can take care of his sick cat. Well, $999.99, anyway. No pussycat jokes, thank you very much.
Much has been made about Brit's performance, during which her microphone was still turned on when she ostensibly mentioned to her wardrobe people that a certain part of her anatomy was "hanging out," but we've been trying to take the high road here, and Fox 13 won't let us.
Pernicka, who recently moved here from the Fort Lauderdale area, went to the concert with his mother, during which he snapped the particular images during her performance of I'm A Slave 4 U. His mother expressed a bit of surprise, naturally.
"She said, 'Oh my God I can't believe her people let her come out like that,'" he told FOX 13.
Pernicka said he wasn't going to try to sell the photos, which he says are much better than grainy images on PerezHilton.com, but then his cat, Rocky, needed more than $2,000 worth of work at the vet.
"I feel kinda bad about that," he said. "Then the whole thing happened with my cat."
As of Thursday evening, there were no bids on the photos, which Pernicka says he is giving up rights to so that the new owner may resell them. The auction end on March 18, so take a look at the (censored) pics here. And shed a tear for poor Rocky.
While you're no doubt getting ready to watch Britney Spears gyrate at the St. Pete Times Forum on Sunday, she spent the few days before the show hanging out with her kids Sean and Jayden, including taking them to Walt Disney World on Thursday.
That's her and the kids above at Mickey's Toontown Fair at the Magic Kingdom, and Jayden got to take a spin at the Tomorrowland Indy Speedway with assistant Brett Miller, below. And with the premium so-called "ringside seats" at the show costing $750, it's easy to see how Brit could take everyone out for the day.

If you were hoping to catch Robin Williams on his Weapons of Self-Destruction tour, you'll have to do with out. The 57-year-old comedian has canceled four Florida, including Saturday's show in Tampa.
E! Online says Williams was experiencing shortness of breath, and has elected to take a week off before the show goes on. Dates include shows tonight and Thursday in Hollywood, Friday in Orlando and Saturday's stop at the USF Sun Dome. He's slated to start up again Monday in Jacksonville.
E! says tickets will be honored at new performances to be rescheduled in the future.

Rumor has it that Tampa's own Brittany Snow has been tapped to play the lead in a Gossip Girl spinoff that dotes on Lily van der Woodsen's teen years in 1980s L.A., Star reports. It's no American Dreams, but hey, we'll take it.
"Brittany is thrilled," a friend tells the mag. "She loves the original show and thinks the 1980's concept sets the spin-off apart from other series on television. She can't wait to wear all the fabulous outfits and really sink her teeth into the role."
Word is the actress got a deal to play a young Kelly Rutherford earlier this month, and didn't even have to audition. Prom Night is really paying off!
"Brittany always thought she was going to continue her career in films," the source says. "But this is a marvelous part and she just couldn't say no. This has the potential to be a huge show in the tradition of Melrose Place."
Set your DVRs for May 11, when the pilot is set to air as an episode of Gossip Girl. We'll have our Gaither High pennants flying.
