Brad's hair

Okay, I know this is silly, but Brad Richards got his hair cut and joked (kind of) that he hopes the change brings a change in fortunes on the ice. Boy, he looks young with short hair.

I am glad Brad cut his hair, but I don't think that is going to do it. He needs to step up and play hockey. Was he even on the ice the in the past games. For what he is making financially, he needs to show us he can play hockey. This team really needs to get it together. Hello... the Islanders are doing better then we are!

Cut their hair, tighten up their laces, whatever it takes. Just do it. If Brad, Marty and Vinny were in the "regular" job market, they would be polishing up their resumes by now, waiting for the axe to fall.I want, as does everyone, nothing other than to see them do what we all have seen them do in the past and for what they are now paid 50% of the total payroll to do. Score goals and win.Maybe they could give up some of their money to ease the cap pressure. Kuby was willing to take a pay cut to stay in Tampa last year, but the big three had already "eaten" and there was nothing left, so he left. Kuby never seemed to use his big body to its apparent potential, but what he did compared to this team so far this year made him look like a a train wreck on ice!!!!
We need some ugly old fashioned hockey. Not fifteen passes before each shot, looking to make SportsCenter. Show 'em the way Craiger

Come on guys Brad's Hair ...We have lost 3 in a row at home. We have many new defense players but they play little time on the ice. How about the officials calling Eric Perin's hit on Monday Night a boarding infraction. Really there must be some hope for us and there most be something better to talk about then hair style of the players!!!!

Perhaps it'll make him lighter on his skates. Give 'em more jump!

This is funny as all get out to me. Brad cutting his hair is going to change his on ice fortunes? I have to hand it to you Damian, your sense of humor is much better than I thought.

Then again, there could be something to it. Athletes are a superstitious bunch. How can Brad cutting his hair have anything to do with his on-ice performance? Easy, if he thinks it might, it probably will. A new look, a new attitude. A change in appearance, a change in fortune. Who knows?

Why do players grow beards during the playoffs? It's what you're suppose to do. Superstition......

Because The Mind Is A Terrible Thing............

OMG! Girls do this thing all the time. Cut their hair for a new start. They also get new clothes and do a mini makeover. Looks like this is entering the male world now. I say if it is going to make Brad Richards feel better and possibly play better then do it! Shave all their heads while your at it. We need to win, and these players need to be willing to do anything they can to get one.

So, Brad's got a new haircut to make himself look younger. Between that and Tim Taylor losing the hockey mullet and discovering hair gel sometime during the offseason and Vinny's obvious blond highlights, maybe the Lightning's problem is that they're spending too much time getting their hair done and not enough time focusing on hockey.

Brad can cut his hair but not Vinny. Vinny looks really sexy with the blonde highlights.

I agree! Vinny pretty good looking if you ask you.
