Lightning 10-pack ticket packages on sale Friday, Aug. 7

From the team:

The Tampa Bay Lightning  announced that 10-packs for the 2009-10 season will go on sale tomorrow, Aug. 7.  There are three different packages for fans to choose from with each one starting at $79, the equivalent of $7.90 per game.

“Our mini-plans are the perfect way for fans who can not commit to a full or half season package to still follow the team in 2009-10,” Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing Brad Lott said. “This year’s schedule has allowed us to put together some great packages with some outstanding games at an affordable price.  We strongly encourage fans to take advantage of our aggressive pricing and unmatched list of benefits.”

The three plans to choose from are the Big Game Plan, the Weekend Plan and the Southeast Division Plan. The Big Game Plan features the Lightning’s home opener on Oct. 8 against the New Jersey Devils as well as an afternoon matchup against the Stanley Cup Champion Pittsburgh Penguins on Jan. 2.  The Weekend Plan features seven games on Saturdays, one on a Sunday and two on Fridays, including games against the Penguins, Washington Capitals and Florida Panthers. The Southeast Division plan focuses on matchups with the Lightning’s division rivals, including two against Alexander Ovechkin and the Washington Capitals.

In addition to receiving substantial discounts off box office prices, 10-pack plan holders enjoy pre-sale opportunities for other St. Pete Times Forum events, opportunity to purchase playoff tickets before the general public, invitations to Lightning parties and events, discounts on Lightning merchandise, and more!

Fans can purchase 10-packs or receive even more savings by purchasing a full or half season plan and receive more information by calling (813) 301-6600 or by logging on to www.tampabaylightning.com .  Group packages for the 2009-10 season are also available by calling (813) 301-6900.

That's because your a moron. When I buy out Barrie (who has put up no money except for covering losses), I will revoke your season ticket privileges.

After trying to catch-up on what was going on with the Lightning and reading the posts on this blog, I have a question. Can someone explain to me why anyone here still responds to PD's posts? For years this guy has insulted and attacked every regular that I can think of who has posted here; has directly supported and been associated with the various impostors and fictitious name attack bloggers that continue to haunt this site; has basically driven away many knowledgeable hockey fans who at one time regularly posted here; etc. etc. etc. etc. etc.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When someone insults or verbally attacks me, my family, or a friend of mine, by calling them stupid, a moron, etc., I will not give them the time of day, ever. Many of us have met and talked at Lightning games; and we share that common bond of friendship.

So again I ask, why does PD get the time of day here, given the insults and attacks he has heaped on so many for years and years? I would really like to know the answer, as I can make no sense of it.

Flasher Poggee is now a Duck..cross him off.

What was that again?

Are you guys ridiculous. This is an article about the Tampa Bay Lightning. Not Casper, or an Imposter, os some other numb nutts a-hole. So stick to to the facts.

"This is just oh so funny. The Casper post below is an imposter of the imposter. But unlike you tightasses, I find it amusing.

OK, that IS funny, you have to admit.

In return for the chuckle, here's a little tip for you, our little 11-yr-old friend, from a guy who still has never figured out how to send a photo in e-mail: Quit piddling around like an amateur. Hone your hacking skills, so instead of wasting your time with chicken$#!t like pi$$ing in the pool party of some hockey fans you'll never meet, you could be doing something worthwhile there in your grandmother's basement--such as shutting down Twitter, locking up eBay, or demolishing our defense capabilities and instigating nuclear war with Iran. Do us all a favor. Move out of the hockey board kiddie pool and wreak some havoc in the big pond, the Capitol Hill and White House and Federal Reserve computers--maybe you could screw up the economy and the country even worse than those complete idiot jackas$es already have. But it's doubtful.

Go for it. Look in the mirror and try to improve the quality of what you see, if you think you have what it takes. Who knows--you could be the next cyberterrorist enjoying your 15 minutes of anonymous fame before boredom sets in and you transition smoothly into vandalism, then small-animal torture, and then finally serial killing. THEN you're a somebody in the Anonymous A-hole Community. (Just don't ever get caught--the whole mystique is ruined once they find out how totally ordinary you really are.)

Wow, 25lbs was probably over 40 inches. Respectable for our side.

Have a good one.

2way,

Both times I got out we caught some small reds and some small trout. My neighbors brother, who uses only lures, got a 25lb snook in the river. As nice as this summer has been, I still haven't done a night trip around some docks. Hope you have a good weekend!

No miss-understanding Randy. Since this thread is dead, I'll digress, Not much fishing this summer. Since my unplanned (and poorly equipped) camping trip on Egmont Key, I have only been out twice. Choose the calmer Anclote and did pretty well with the Reds and Trout an even got a nice linesider to complete my slam. The 2nd trip my son and I got almost nothing.

Still don't have the shallow water anchor reinstalled, but will get it done before the water cools in Sept.

Best

That really clears it up.....moron!!!

2way,

I think that I came accross to you wrong. I agreed with your point that engaging the IMP is making him smile. I was referring that the IMP was not a he or a she because there is no identity, that makes the IMP an IT. Hope I did better that time.

This is just oh so funny. The Casper post below is an imposter of the imposter. But unlike you tightasses, I find it amusing.

Randy - I don't mean to pass judgment. If you think you can change things, then have at it. I like a good fight but how do you argue with that.

Point taken, not a him or her, an it.

Responses just make him/her smile.

CasperIMP,

Living your life defacing the value of others, how honorable. You obviously attached to this blog in some capacity, why not have your own identity? Your own conversations? Your own agreements and disagreements?

Okay, Casper the Imposter. We like you better when you are funny and witty, not nasty! Come on!!

Hey Casper,
Which one are you?The friendly ghost or Milquetoast?

Hey Damien...how much are they paying you under the table to promote their ticket packages for a team that is sure to suck. Is that part of the Poynter Institute School of Ethics?

What? Tomorrow? I purchased one of these months ago...
