Lindsay Lohan gets Razzed to a record
Lindsay Lohan's I Know Who Killed Me set a new Golden Raspberry Awards record Saturday, "winning" eight
Razzies that are presented -- but usually not accepted -- by creators of the worst films of the year. John Wilson and his crew have done this for 28 years and I'm glad to be on the ballot mailing ist.
Lohan was named worst actress in a tie with herself, playing a dual personality stripper/student searching for who may or may not have killed her, in a movie whose title claims she does know. Lohan also won the Razzie for worst screen couple. I Know Who Killed Me was dishonored as 2007's worst remake ("of Hostel, Saw and The Patty Duke Show.")
Norbit was voted three Razzies, all for Eddie Murphy as worst actor, supporting actor and actress in another of his latex-driven roles.

So, rehab really was the brightspot in her career last year, eh?

That may be a peak before it's over with. Just watched The Soup where Joel McHale said she re-enacted Marilyn Monroe's photo shoot (done weeks before her death), right down to looking 36.

I LOVE "The Soup." Joel McHale is so hilarious. I can't believe they were so bold as to think they could replicate that photo shoot. Stupid if you ask moi.

I've seen those pictures of LiLo. She indeed is not aging well. And damn, is she freckle-y.
I'm giving her the benefit of the doubt and saying "Mean Girls" would be her career peak -- no doubt thanks to the uber-fantastic Tina Fey.

Jane, I finally watched "Mean Girls." It seems anytime LiLo makes a splash in the gossip columns, the TV powers that be put her movies up to run ad nauseam.
Tina Fey: Smart, funny, pretty. Awesome.
You'll scold me for this, but I have yet to see "30 Rock"

You gotta see 30 Rock, if only to see what Princess Di looks and acts like. She could be Tina Fey's not-so-evil twin.

Miss Riss! I am making it my personal job to remind you when 30 Rock is next on the telly. Best comedy on TV. Hands down. Maybe my favorite show since The Dick Van Dyke Show (which I've only watched in reruns, by the way. I'm old, but not that old...) It's no small irony that they both deal with TV writers.
(While I'm plugging... best drama on TV = Mad Men.)
And I thought I might like Princess Di before -- now I know I do.
