Eating healthy is very good to do,because if you eat bad food all the time then you will gain alot of weight and i dont think anybody would want to have that happen to them. instead of drinking and eating such bad food you should eat heslthier.

Honestly it's up to the person eating if they want to eat it or eat healthy. So back off. If they want to get fat, let them.

We should eat healthy. Ever wonder why you feel tired or weak? It's probably b/c you don't eat healthy enough. The most key things you should consume everyday is fiber, iron, and daily viatamins! Desserts are okay every once in a while, but your body doesn't benefit from it. Eat healthy foods like nuts, fish and veggis, your body will thank you in the long run! BYE!

I think eating healthy is VERY important. If you are a couch potato who consumes junk food 24/7, you are doing absolutly nothing for your body. Plus, if you have no nutrition in your body, your a likely candidate for malnutrition, which makes you more vunerable to almost any illness/disease. I'm not saying cut junk food out of your life completely, but make sure you have all 5 things from the food group everyday. The key is moderation with fats oils and sweets. Instead of eating cookies, try eating yogurt or fruit. Plus, healthy foods give you more energy. Or instead of drinking soda, drink water or a low-sugar fruit juice. THAT"S ALL I HAVE TO SAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
