Britney Spears performs at the Forum on March 8. Will you be there?
Yes! She's still the bomb.
No! I don't do train wrecks.
Oops, I'll be in rehab that day.

Taylor Swift's "Our Song"

Because she's helpless to my silver-tongued conniving, the prodigiously dynamite Stephanie Hayes has agreed to review Saturday's Taylor Swift show in Tampa. Of course, I asked her to help me BEFORE I saw the "Our Song" video, which I find to be a whimsical romp to Naughtyville. This is what I get for weaseling out of my job. Have fun, Steph!

You and Steve are put me in the poor house with all these songs I have to get.

Steph Hayes and Taylor Swift? I'll admit, I've never heard of Swift, but.....

Man, Daly. Shouldn't you be auctioning these seats? Sounds like a good night.

Oh, Al, you big lug.

I'm so over this song already. I hear it all the time on the radio. Three of my co-workers discovered the country station 'comes in reeeeal clear' in the lab. Bleah!
I do, however, really enjoy "Shift Work" by Kenny Chesney.

There's skin in that video, Sean. Click the link. You'll dig it.

Well, to honest Sean, Stephanie didn't seem to get into all of Taylor's songs like the hundred of tweens that filled Morsani Hall. I think she even missed the most surreal moment of the evening. During the break between the opening act and Taylor's entrance, they were playing just a variety of songs -- mostly country. However, when the first bars of Journey's "Don't Stop Believin'" started playing, much of the crowd began singing along. Strange indeed.

Something not fit for the review: I caught Taylor's guitar pick!
