It is a toss up between SAM SNOOTS(punter) and TOMMY HAINES(kicker) out of Gibbs High School. SAM never allows returners to get a punt return because he kicks it so high and far with accurate precision. TOMMY also never allows a kick returner to get a chance to return because all his kicks are back in the endzone and sometimes even out of the endzone....referees are even always suprised because he does all game. Like I said, it is a toss up between those two awesome players; SAM SNOOTS(punter) and TOMMY HAINES(kicker) out of Gibbs High School. There is no one in comparison in Pinellas county to these two!

Good question, and one that is close to my heart. MATT BROWN, is the best special teams player in Pinellas County. If this were pro football Matt would be signed by any team, since he could fill several positions. Matt plays Kick return, blocks great. Natural outside linebacker who hawks the ball on punt and not enough on kick off. Ohh yes Matt even returns the ball with a 25 yard + average. Great athlete and I am looking forward to see where he plays next.

The best special teams player is Matthew Brown from Seminole High School. The Warhawks have had a tough year but Matt has been stellar on special teams- great kick returns and hard tackles on kickoff and punts.

vinny gianfrancesco he is the best kicker in the county he does fieldgoal, punts and does kickoffs. not only does he do that but he is proboly the only kicker in the county to score a rushing touchdown as he did on friday to save osceola's season. he's a big time player who makes big time plays.
