Hillsborough girls hoops coach replaced
Hillsborough girls basketball coach Chris Brazzle has been replaced midseason by former Terriers coach Yolanda Whitehead after Brazzle said he had philisophical differences with the administration.
The Terriers (11-4) play Saturday at 5 p.m. in the Craig Keeler Memorial Tournament.
Brazzle, who was in his third season as head coach and fifth overall with the program, said administration felt he was too aggressive with the players, yelling too much. Frustrated he didn't get enough support from Hillsborough - which he calls "a football and baseball school," he said he was "through with it."
"It was hard to leave," Brazzle said. "I took so much time to build that program, it's sad it had to come to this. I feel bad for the girls - I hope they're successful and continue to build on what we started."
Brazzle said a couple players wanted to quit, but he told them to stick it out and "finish the season."
"I told them, 'Don't quit because of me,' Brazzle said. "They love the game. Sometimes, things just happen."

He is ridiculous. I am glad to hear he is gone, he had no sense of sportsmanship.

So what it is just girls basketball, like cheerleading is not really a sport just something for the school to say that they treat the girls the same as the boys
