Bulls land a Gator

Land O'Lakes baseball coach Cal Baisley said that left-handed pitcher Trey Dahl orally commited to USF over the Christmas break.
Dahl is one of Pasco County's top returning pitchers, and will compete with Matt Fuglesang for the No. 1 spot in the rotation. Dahl was a second-team all-county pick last season at utility (he played first base and was one of the Gators top hitters) and pitchyed sparingly, but had a couple of huge back-to-back performances midseason against defending state champ Arlington Country Day (a 2-1 loss) and Hernando (13 strikeouts).
Dahl, who throws in the high-80s and has very good stuff. He's a good candidate to bust out this season.
