Cattoi down to two?
Nick Cattoi doesn’t have any scholarship offers yet, but the Gaither placekicker is getting a strong look from two major programs, Cowboys coach Mark Kantor said Wednesday.
One of them is UCF. The other is Air Force.
Cattoi visited UCF last weekend. Air Force visited him Wednesday.
Both situations are “wait and see,” Kantor said.
Cattoi went 10 of 13 on field-goal attempts as a senior, with a long of 50 yards. Ninety-three percent of his kickoffs were touchbacks.
Air Force became interested after watching Cattoi participate at a combine last month in Texas. “They’re talking,” Kantor said. “We’ll see what happens.”
