Colleges already taking notice of Austin

92_tarean_austinThe college coaches started to pour into the Hillsborough football fieldhouse early Friday afternoon to watch the Terriers scrimmage.

The Terriers, coming off a 9-3 season that took them to the regional semifinals, have a breadth of speed at their skill positions. Garcia calls this group the best offensive collection of athletes he's had since he's been at Hillsborough.

"He's going to be special," Garcia said.

As a sophomore, the 6-foot-3, 190-pound Austin completed 60 of 131 passes for 857 yards and six touchdowns.
