Locke, Mitchell each win titles

Chamberlain's Dentarius Locke and Durant's John Mitchell both won gold at the Class 4A state track meet.

Locke, a junior, won the 100 meters in a personal-best 10.72 seconds. He also took second in the 200 in a personal-best 21.02.

Mitchell, a junior, won his first state title in the 1,600 in 4:21. He beat out Sickles' Derek Wehunt, who was third. Mitchell false-started in the 800.
