I write for the Puerto Rico Professional Baseball Winter League web page and I am trying to find out if any of the local players in your area are from Puerto Rican ancstry...parents or grandparents. If they are , they may be able to play in the league as natives possibly helping them further their baseball careers. I enjoy very much your articles about players that were drafted!
