ESPNRISE.com has produced something called the Great State Debate, which asks readers to vote for which state has the country's best high school football. It's now down to the semifinals, and in one of them, the matchup is Florida vs. California. By going HERE, you can read the arguments ESPNRISE.com makes for each state. I'd like to know which state does a better job of getting their athletes NCAA qualified right out of high school. The state that does this better gets my vote.
