Jesuit's Schilit commits to Haverford

Jesuit senior distance runner Jordan Schilit had commited to attend Haverford College, a Division-III college in suburban Philadelphia, where he will run cross country and track.

Schilit -- who placed seventh in the Class 2A state cross country meet this fall, helping Jesuit to a second-place team finish -- said Haverford was his first choice.

U.S. News and World Report recently ranked Haverford the 10th best liberal arts college in the country.
