Are you ready for some football? Hillsborough County Kickoff Classic schedules

It's still more than a month away from the first day of football practice in Hillsborough County, but before long teams will be preparing for their Kickoff Classic preseason games. Below is the schedule of all Hillsborough County teams playing in a preseason game. All games, unless otherwise noted, will be played on Friday, Aug. 28, a week before the regular season openers on Sept. 4.

Tampa Catholic at Naples Lely
Wharton at Bloomingdale

First-year programs Steinbrenner and Strawberry Crest, which will play mixed varsity/JV schedules, will not play Kickoff Classic games.
