Four Vikings going to Merced College
Four Northeast players -- Jimmie Bush, Matt Khanthalangsky, Admir Mujakovic and Tim Tisdale -- will continue playing together at Merced College, a junior college in California.
Bush, Khanthalangsky and Mujakovic all started on the offensive line for the Vikings. Tisdale, a fullback and linebacker, was the team's second-leading rusher and leading tackler last season.
In the past 20 years, Merced has had more 40 players go on to play at major Division I colleges, including five who played professionally. The biggest name is Reuben Droughns, who was with the New York Giants when they won the Super Bowl in 2008.
