Baldelli leaves game ...

CF Rocco Baldelli, who was sidelined for months last season with hamstring problems, left Tuesday's game at the end of four innings after feeling tightness in his right hamstring. Baldelli said he wouldn't know until Wednesday how serious the problem was.

This is not good... A tight feeling in hamstring will stick around for a good part of the year. Rocco has had issues with his back in the past and I'm sure this is what has led to this. Not saying his back is an issue, but flexibility might be. Its disappointing that this may be nagging for awhile. Hamstrings are the worse. Good Luck, ROC!

maybe he should have participated in the offseason yoga program. this hamstring problem is getting annoying. this shouldn't be something that pops up every friggin year. get a specialist to prescribe a program for you, consisting of stretching, heat, rest, etc.... do something, or this crap will derail a very promising career.
