Trever Miller, leading economic indicator
Happy days are here again. Or at least the Rays reliever Trever Miller thinks so after breaking his major league record streak of 121 consecutive appearances without a decision. The streak dated to Sept. 30, 2006. Here him through on this one:
"So much has happened since 2006. Gas was $2.25 back then I think. As a matter of fact I think the housing industry could be blamed on me not winning any games because that’s when it started to turn. Everybody should feel good about themselves. Trever Miller got a win, so everything’s going to turn around for us."

...jonny gomes-"the ultimate strikeout king". Sure he hit's one once in a great while, but this guy need's to just walk up to the plate (while he still has a chance) non-chlant, forget all his pump himself up jonny, dusting the bat, adjusting his glove's,tipping his helmet, tapping the cleat's,etc-etc-etc and just concentrate of making contact. Quit leaning over the plate, stand back so he can see the ball and focus on it. I've never seen a hitter whose suppose to be a power hitter take so many called 3rd strikes just watching....He's got to go. Let Rocco take his spot.

Wow--"Here" him through? I'm speechless.

Learn to spell- you're a writer. It's "Hear him through" not "Here him through".

Let's hope you're right Trever!
even if you're not, a good sense of humor always helps :)
