Going to Chicago? We want to hear from you
We're looking for Rays fans who are headed to Chicago to catch the first series of the playoffs. If you're such a fan that you just can't miss it, we want to hear from you.
If you can't make the trip, we still want your playoffs stories. Have a superstition that explains why the Rays are winning this year? Live in Chicago but root for Tampa Bay? Spend your last penny buying postseason tickets?
Contact metro reporter Stephanie Garry at sgarry@sptimes.com with your name, story and contact information.

I went to Game 4 in Chicago. It was amazing, and the White Sox fans were a classy bunch. I got handshakes and congrats on my way out of the stadium.

If cowbells are noisemakers of choice for old farts, Joe Maddon is one hot old fart! He's the one who said we need more cowbell. He's also the one who's leading the Rays and doing a great job of it. We have a new "thing" here, it's the American League Eastern Division Champion Rays!

The whole cowbell thing is lame. Thats the noisemaker of choice for those old farts with one foot in the grave. What do cowbells have to do with Tampa Bay? We need a new "thing" here.

SONG OF THE DAY:
Looking back on the memory of
The dance we shared 'neath the stars alone
For a moment all the world was right
How could I have known that you'd ever say goodbye
And now I'm glad I didn't know
The way it all would end the way it all would go
Our lives are better left to chance I could have missed the pain
But I'd of had to miss the dance
Holding you I held everything
For a moment wasn't I a king
But if I'd only known how the king would fall
Hey who's to say you know I might have chanced it all
And now I'm glad I didn't know
The way it all would end the way it all would go
Our lives are better left to chance I could have missed the pain
But I'd of had to miss the dance
Yes my life is better left to chance
I could have missed the pain but I'd of had to miss the dance
TODAY IS THE DAY YOU DANCE...DANCE LIKE YOU NEVER DANCED BEFORE...THIS IS YOUR DANCE...CHANCE IT ALL!!!
