Pena scratched; Aybar at first

1B Carlos Pena was scratched from Friday's lineup after experiencing continued blurred vision in his left eye.

Pena was in the original lineup, but he had some trouble fielding ground balls during batting practice and said he would be re-evaluated closer to game time. Pena had to leave Thursday's game after two innings; he scratched his cornea Wednesday night.

With Pena out, Willy Aybar will start at first, Rocco Baldelli will move from rightfield to DH and rookie Fernando Perez will start in right. Also, Carl Crawford goes up to the No. 3 spot.

The new lineup looks like this:

Iwamura, 2b
Upton, cf
Crawford, lf
Longoria, 3b
Aybar, 1b
Baldelli, dh
Navarro, c
Perez, rf
Bartlett, ss
