Florida stung by latest foreclosure figures

This new foreclosure report may exaggerate things a bit by including homeowners a couple months behind on their mortgage payments. Still, it's not too flattering for Florida.

Many filed lis pendens don't make it to auction, because people catch it up at the last second, file BK, sell normally, or whatever. I agree it's a bit exaggerated.
