Ammons talks to law faculty
FAMU President James Ammons addressed law school faculty in person yesterday and, in the wake of last week's visit by the American Bar Association’s accreditation review team, firmly reiterated his commitment to seeing that the school becomes fully accredited, sources tell the Gradebook.
But, the sources say, Ammons also mentioned concerns about collegiality, scholarship and tensions between junior and senior faculty – concerns that seem to echo what some critics of the current law school power structure have been saying (see previous post here).
