What the heck? We need to drink and gamble to support education?
Don't you think the food & beverage industry is in enough trouble?
With the depression heading into full swing fewer and fewer people will be going out to dinner. This is not the time to depend on generating taxes from sources funded through expendable income. Nobody has any.
