TV ratings tidbit

Interesting note from AFL headquarters ...

New Orleans ’ registered a 1.4 local rating for Monday night’s VooDoo game against Georgia on ESPN2.

The 1.4 Nielsen rating is its highest AFL-ESPN2 of the year.
The 1.4 Nielsen rating ranks 1 st among 2008 AFL-ESPN2 local ratings (2nd was Tampa Bay: 1.1)
The 1.4 Nielsen rating ranks 2 nd among AFL-ESPN2 regular-season ratings since most recent ESPN agreement began last year. In 2007 (Week 2), the Tampa Bay market received a 1.9.
