Saints to look at Storm WR
On the same day the New Orleans Saints signed Storm defensive tackle Tim McGill, the same team expressed interest in another Storm player -- wide receiver Hank Edwards. Storm spokesperson Jim Robinson said the Saints plan to bring Edwards in for a tryout, possibly as early as tomorrow.
Edwards, 25, just completed his second season with the Storm.
He ranked first on the team in receiving yardage (1,341) and touchdown receptions (30) and second in receptions (85). The 6-foot-3, 180-pound Edwards, a native of South Florida, played at Texas Southern.

It's somthing that the Saints, a team with a very potent offense, is cherry-picking the Storm's roster for receivers. Meanwhile, the Bucs' answer to the lack of playmakers is a 5'8" rookie who won't play every down and a head case who hasn't been in the NFL for two seasons.

Tis why the Bucs won't win anything Adam. Nice to see Hank is getting a look at the pros, he's been a great receiver for us.
