Plancher, Genus nurse injuries

Running back Moise Plancher and center Sampson Genus both have protective ankle braces on at practice. Plancher is back this season after a knee injury and Genus is one of the top freshmen.

i pray for the well-being of these student-athletes. they deserve a coach who can conduct a safe practice. such a shame.

Greg,

Have you heard of the game plan for using these running backs for Saturday? Are they each going to have a quarter or a certain number of series to perform? Go Bulls!

I guess they can just watch film all day long and have a walk-through 10 minutes before gameday. Injuries are a fact of life, a by-product of a physical practice, which makes the team better. If no-touch practices were better, then more than 0 coaches would use them.

cee must be slipping, it took him/her nearly 40 minutes to post his/her usual crap!

cee, you should start a federsl investigation of all college programs regarding injuries. Look at all the injuries to Texas and USC, Auburn, etc, all the programs. Many are actually serious injuries. Imagine that, there are twisted ankles, bruises and bumps when 200 to 300 pound kids are banging into each other at full speed. Dude, get over it already. It is part of the sport.

Hopefully these are only minor sprains. I would love to see what Plancher can do on the field.
Leavitt is doing a great job, keep up the good work Jim. In only 10 years of football we have been promoted to a BCS conference and have a bowl win under our belt. Recruiting is getting better and this year we may bust it loose.
But then again I'm only a casual fan. lol
