Looks like ESPN2 for USF-UNC game
There's not much difference besides the prestige, but next week's USF-North Carolina game, announced Monday as being either on ESPN or ESPN2, looks to be headed for the latter, according to ESPN.com's online schedule. ESPN is opting for the West Virginia-East Carolina game instead.
There is barely any difference in terms of national reach -- ESPN is available in less than a half-million more homes than ESPN2, which is still a fair amount of fans, but not much when you consider that they both reach more than 90-million homes.
The Bulls, by the way, have won three straight games on ESPN2, including last year's wins against West Virginia and East Carolina, plus Saturday's upset of No. 17 Auburn.

Times sportswriter Greg Auman, who covers USF, will post news and thoughts on the Bulletin and we invite your participation in the comments area.
sounds like a good favorable record, lets make it 4 in a row

Hopefully everyone in the Tampa area will be watching it live.

this team has everything in place to be a winner except enough fan support, i've been a fan for the past 4 years and always sat in the student section, but decided to buy season tickets this year, good seats on the 35, 4th and 5th row, but every time we stood up to cheer (16 of us), the "fans" behind us would get mad and ask the ushers to make us sit!! we need more real fans like the ones on this blog to participate and support the team and give them the appreciation they have showed they deserve!! i cant wait to see the turnout at ray jay for w.v., but i really cant wait till its packed at every game, and EVERYONE IS STANDING!

Speaking of Fan Support. I was pleased to see a Very Large turnout of students at the opening game.
How can we continue to encourage students to attend these games? It would be GREAT to fill the entire stadium for the West Virginia game. I'm sure a crowd including a top tier full of students would be very encouraging for our team.
GO BULLS!!!

Unfortunately, a lot of the people sitting in the club and season seats were given those tickets free from their company or what not, so they are there to watch football and not necessarily cheer the Bulls. I agree, we definitely need to have larger fan support and for the whole stadium to be like the student section is.
Word of advice to season ticket holders, if you want the thrill of the student section, you can sit there as long as you get there early enough. It may not be as close but the atmosphere is worth it.

I moved my season tickets after one year from the 35 to the the visitors tunnel next to the student section. I've had these seats for 5 years. It was a great move because it is a lot more crazy fan friendly. Plus it's fun to yell at the opposing teams as they go in and out of the locker rooms.

RE Fan Support;
I think the (we the) FANS should STAND-UP and cheer during kickoffs. Every other team does.
Just a Thought.

ya we are in 134 right behind the visitors bench, heckling elon was ok, but yelling at p white and slaton will be awesome, i understand people want to see, but go to any other top ranked college team's game and i bet seats dont even get used, everyone stands the whole game. i am a firm believer that the crowd can sway the turnout of the game... come fill up our section with people who will lose their voice every game like me, haha

I agree that everyone should be standing up during the game, but I would like to see everyone jumping giving the elusion of a sea of green. That would be awsome. Give it time, especially if the bucs continue to slide, and the Bulls continue to rock. Go Bulls!

I love the idea of having more students at the game but I can't stand the idea of sending all of us to the upper deck.

We've had season tickets from the beginning, and I get hoarse at every game, but I'm afraid I'm one of those who would prefer to sit for most of the game.

I'm not suggesting relegating students to the upper deck. Students need to be close to the field at the endzones and elsewhere. I would just love to see RJS full for ALL USF Games, especially WV.
GO BULLS

we better not take this game lightly. we barely escape auburn against a crappy team that lost to miss st today and all of a sudden casual USF fans think we are world beaters.
jim leavitt can learn a thing or too from butch davis about how to recruit in the state of florida.
