Taurus had a boot on at Monday night's practice and wasn't at Tuesday's practice, at least during the first half-hour.

RE: Chris Robinson

Check out the replay of the muffed punt we recovered in the Rutgers game. Robinson is standing right next to the dude who recovered it (the long snapper, I think). He makes an awesome play (even thought the return was called back) by simultaneously pushing the recovering player towards the goal line and blocking a RU player by sticking his helment right under his chin. The whole play was made in a blink of an eye. Good stuff, right there.

On another subject...Does anyone have any idea what Irskin keeps in that damned backpack he always wears? I have heard a few rumors:

-16 oz. of cottage cheese
-The country's nuclear ICBM launch codes
-A copy of the 1996 HIPAA act
-A spare ACL
-Josh Julmiste's leftover "shake"
-Greg Augman's secret family chili recipe

Criminal Charges

Greg,

My wife is an athletic trainer. They are considered medical staff and HIPAA applies to ATC's and team doctors. The athlete essentially consents for the information to be disseminated to coaches and internal staff, but if the patient (athlete) wishes to pursue the fact the information was released to the public unauthorized, there could be a case of criminal liability, not just civil.

They just shouldn't release the information without getting approval from the athlete and head coach.
