More free-throw troubles from USF have allowed Rhode Island to take a 49-48 lead with 10:14 left after a 3-pointer by Rams guard Jimmy Baron, who now has 12 points. The Bulls are 7-for-12 at the line in the second half and 16-for-27 -- less than 60 percent -- for the game.
