It's Florida- this guy could have gotten into UCF, UF, FSU, FIU, FAU, UNF, UWF, FGCU, FAMU, and I'm forgetting one I think, but the point is, an A.A. is a qualifier. Not a guarantee, but it replaces SAT/ACT as a standard.

Anyways, I'll take all the athletes in the world as walk-ons. Can't hurt the program, could be a great find. Good luck to him.

gary

yeah he can qualify at usf. him and a few thousand other kids who don't qualify out of high school have made it through JUCO or CC to get to a university.

TypicalUSF

Wow, all of a sudden he can qualify academically at educational power house USF. That's pretty sad!

Ken

And I love that he'd show up and go through the workout in whatever he had. Good attitude. A worker.

GregP

I started reading this and kind of laughed at the street clothes thing, but that is good that he is set educationally

Paul wall

Its always good to see students admitted to USF by their own academics
