Might see a lot of playing time??

Ben Williams was the Papa Johns.com Bowl MVP.

Plus he ran for 200+ yards against FAU and pretty much saved the game for USF

KB

Aren't Ben Williams (RB) and Jake Simms (Oline) both walk ons that might see a lot of pt this year?

Nice to have you back GA. Good get with Dumars on the phone.

I enjoy the wlk-on news. Never know when one of those walk-ons gets playing time.

Greg, looking forward to your comments about the big news USF Recruiting got this fall. It was huge considering this type of traction so early in the 2009 recruiting trail has never happened for us. Your insight would be valuable.

Smooth

Greg,

At this juncture (with the way recruiting is going), is it even worth mentioning walk-ons when their chances of making team are slim to none. Even some of our scholarship players are being weeded out because of the upgraded talent....notables include Dylan Douglas, Brandon Peguese etc....A former 4-star RB/FB Kalvin Bailey who is trying to walk on will most likely never crack the RB depth chart especially with the talent we have coming in.

Greg,
Did you see that the starting LB for Alabama was kicked off the team the other day.? He is the 10th Alabama football player to be arrested in the past year.

Word around the camp fire is that Alabama has changed its famous saying for the upcoming fall football season.

Instead of the usual "Roll Tide", its now "Pa-Roll Tide."

Bada bing - bada boom.
